a housing loan — a housing loan taken on my name

i want to know a details about a housing loan which i had not taken the loan has been taken on 15 jul. 2003 i know it has been taken from punjab and sind. you told me by e- mail plz. also teel me the punjab and sind banks code i had visited my nearest punjab and sind bank of sector - 6 bhilai c.g. sir can u plz. give me the banks code kindly send me a e - mail thankyou

ICICI — Interest not received

I had purchased tax saving bonds of ICICI bank but the interest which they are sending me is on a incomplete account number. There are 12 digits in the account no of ICICI bank but the cheques which they have send me is of 11 digits. I had purchased these bonds in 2005 and since then I have not received any interest

some banks are corrupted. it is not safe now

ICICI Home Loan — regarding not refunadable of extra money

2 years ago we have submitted cheques in sikar branch of rajasthan state but because of poor functioning of bank employees they didnot consider our cheques till 3 monts ...finally we got the mail from walia&walia associates firm that situated in mumbai ..that they will take legal action against us
witout checking their process as we have submitted all 12 cheques for a year and also had enough money in the bank account but they didnot deducte and finally we paid extra fine...

2. At the same time they charged twice from us after 3 months as they considerd our cheques and deducted money from account and also told us to submit new cheques and cash for those months ...mean finally they have taken twice amount for 3 months...and till now after 2 years they have not adjusted it...and they didnt give us any written statement that they will adjust it sometime...kindly notice it...

Hi All,

I bit skeptical, I under this is a forum where individuals can post in their complaints. But is there any action being taken on the complaints that is being recorded here?

What is the use of having such as this fourms, where people just rant and errand about their difficulties without any results.

Did anyone or any individual had his/her issue resolved by posting comments on this forum?

If so why have they not comeback to inform about what good his/her posting has done to the issue that they have faced.

There is no point in having such forums, where in people just keep ranting about the issue, if you want any kind of change its good to make the effort individually or by collecting individuals who have faced the same issues.

Hope all are literate to understand this.

icici homeloans — Same property two home loans are active

HI,
I brought a property from one of ICICI bank manager. i don't know that time what are the documents to be ask from seller. Bank has sactioned loan and property is registered. This is an internal BT. That manager already taken oneloan on this property. without closing that home loan they issued another home loan to me . both are active and paying emi. flat register to my name.That manager stopped to pay the emi. collection managers came to my home and saying that manager is due the amount. but i didn't taken NOC from that icici manger.Now ICICI manager left from the company and gone to states.
How can i solve this issue? almost ipayed 20 installments.
Please tell me somebody how can i proceed that.

ICICI Bank — Regular Phone calls for EMI payment

This is regarding the ICICI bank staff who are harassing by making regular call if we fail or delay in paying the EMI for loans. Due to recession i lost the job and since last six month i was not a regular job and doing part time jobs. In this duration i tried my level best to pay my EMI and till date except august 2009 no EMI is pending against my name. Here wih i am enclosing the communication which i forwarded to ICICI customer care department. I would like to request you to take necessary action against such kind of things from reputated banks. Sir, daily i am getting atleast 5-6 calls from different locations it is waste of money.

In continuation of our earlier communications and complain against the local IICI staff. I would like to inform you that again since last one week i am getting calls from different person from different locations or numbers. As earlier also i mentioned that due to recession i lost the job and sine last six month i was not a regular job and doing part time jobs. In this duration i tried my level best to pay my EMI and till date except august 2009 no EMI is pending against my name. This month i joined my new job on 4th august 2009. In this all circumstances my financial status is not good therefore i could not able to pay the EMI for august 2009. It can be paid in next month. The same is conveyed to your people and also informed through mail to concern person. Unfortunately after fairly telling the reason again your people all calling regularly, day before yesterday i was in the meeting with US ministry delegate and again and again your people called. Today one Ms. Janaki has called me from mobile ([protected]) and commanding me to pay the Emi immediately otherwise the action will be taken. I am sorry to say that your staff behaviour is very rude and i have to take action. It is to much. If people are doing frauds fr million and running away you people are not able to take any action and a person who is sincere and paying the amount on time your staff is harassing like this. I going to send this note to consumer forum.

Dear Sir,
I strongly agree to your complaint. I am old customer of ICICI for home loan & paying EMIs @14%. I got surprised how this bank is charging 14% interest rates, when today rate of interests for other banks & also neww ICICI customers are offered 9% interest rates. This is rediculous & government authority should take stringent action on ICICI bank for commiting such fraud.

i just want to inform you that your cusotmer had taken papers of his home loan with the support of some unauthorised way.his home loan is running but he had the papers of his house he take the papers from your records.
I don't have his loan no. but i just have his res add on which he had taken the loan.
his res add is----661, sector-21 gurgaon.

ICICI Home Loan — Non Receipt of original document after clearing of loan full amount.

I had taken home lone from ICICI Bank Home Lone Department my Policy No. is LH PUN [protected]. The lone is fully paid and I had asked to return my original decoumnet vide my letter no nil dated 20th March 2009 . Till date no corrospondence has been done by the company.

Please look into the matter as lot of time is wasted.
