[Resolved] ICICI Bank — LOCKER PROBLEM | |
Respected sir/madam, Regarding our last complaint against ICICI Bank on 12/06/2009 about our locker no.336, key no.363 related to our A/c no.”[protected]”. The copy of letter which I sent to you yesterday is just all the verbally talk which the bank employees and the branch manager (NEERAJ and his boss) committed with us. But when we wrote all these things those they committed on paper they refuse to sign on the document. They are trying to convince us just to break open the locker without signing any document. In letter mailed on 12/06/2009 I wrote that the locker is not in its healthy condition. It’s riveting and the upper aluminum plate is also very loosely fitted and the key with us is not working and the branch manager admitted on phones that our locker no.”336” break open by mistaken. Also our locker has been surrendered in their records in 2007. All these things are not in our favor.
