[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money Transfer by Fraud

I had my saving account in ICICI bank Vartak Nagar branch Thane (Navi Mumbai) my salary was directly deposited in to my acount.even i had debit card from the same bank.since on 02/09/09 some fraud has transfer all my money( Rs. 40,000/-) from my account to his account.
I had already registered a complaint in my bank and they give me a complaint no so is this sufficient for me to get my money back.

Please suggest me.
