SIR, I HAVE TRANSFERED RS. 15000/- FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT CHEQUE NO 329350 (FILE ATTACHED FOR YOUR KIND PERUSAL) TO MY ANOTHER LOAN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF BARODA, SISAMAU , KANPUR DATED 10/09/09 BUT THE CHEQUE WAS RETURNED WITHOUT CLEARING AND THE REASON QUOTED "DATE NOT CLEAR" AND MY ACCOUNT WAS BEEN POSTED A DEBIT ENTRY OF RS 55/- WHICH I FIND IT REAL INJUSTISE OF CHARGING WITHOUT ANY REASON.
