[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Home Loan Foreclosure | |
I got a property from Mr. Dinesh Naik this property is on loan with ICICI bank loan account no.LBMUM[protected] of Mr Dinesh Naik. I have approached Axis Bank as I am getting lower rate of interest. However when Axis Bank sent the pay order for foreclosure ICICI Bank denied to accept it they said they will not do any bank to bank loan transfer. Axis Bank is not ready to give the pay order to the account holder. I have already got the registration done. I want the process to file the complaints against ICICI Bank for such approch. I had availed loan on credit card 3 month ago, now i want to close it, i had tried there Customer service, after holding lines for 15-20 minutes i didn't get executives to know how to go about it, i even visited ther Andheri office for solving the issue as i don't want to pay interest @20% pa any more. please help me to repay my loan amount & save on my interest cost.my card loan no is [protected].
