my brother atm card is blocked.i use rong pin pin number. when atm card reactivate.what can i do for reactivation

I had requested for a new debit card in jan and immediately my old card was blocked. Now i am out of the city and some how gave an authorization letter to a friend and received my new card. It was a long procedure. Now i see that i have not received my pin along with it. How am i supposed to activate my account. There is no way i will be going back to my city for another 2 months and i need to use my card.

I need help as soon as possible. I am stuck.

There is abig trouble in getting dbit card activated or reactivated. My card was lost and I applied fpr new card. I got inew card. I supplied the desired piece of information over phone call and IT is yet to be activated. Almost one year has gone I had stopped depositing my cheques in My ICICI bank account. Reactivation should be made little easier whena person is seeking it over telephone and again through the phne of your bank branch and there is a person in te bank who knows the customer well. I could not receive the pin number and hence the operations with the bank remained suspended.I want to operate it but of no use. A salaried person do not have enough time to stay on the phone for hours. Please make the activation procedure bit easier as your card is always delivered safty to user's hand. What is the procedure if the blocked card is found again say after two three months. My card was lost during home shifting and I found it again but I do not know what to do with that card as it is blocked. Can it be reactivated?

hi this is sesha, i lost my debit card through the loss of my valet. so i deactivated my debit card permanently. from film nagar branch, hyderabad . but i found back my debit card . now i want to activate my same debit card. A/c No.[protected]. The online service of ICICI bank to generate password, Debit card PIN, Activate debit card, adding new payee to the payee list and some such important data can simply be graded to be the worst. The customer care service is a harassment than a help as it turns out to listen to IVR rather than getting chance to talk to executive.
If you have any well wish, improve the service. A customer does not have time to remain engaged for long to maintain the account.

I lost my registered Mobile number, and i got my New ATM card which is not activated ..

Can some one tell me how to change the Phone number in my profile ? so i can Activate and Generate the Pin ??
