[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Transaction failed but amount deduct

Dear Sir,Madam.
My name is Ankit Jain and i have HDFC Bank Saving Account ([protected]).As on 1 Jan 2010 i did A Two Transaction From ICICI Bank ATM ( Sec-2 Branch BJ Block Salt Lake Kolkata) of the amount of 10000 Rs and 4000 Rs but both time my Transaction Failed But after checking my Account i found that Money is Deducted from my Account of 14000 Rs.The Refrance Number of the same is This[protected],[protected]. Please Help me To get the reversel of my amount As soon As possible. I have already Regestered a complaint to HDFC Customer care the complaint Numer is KOL029687 and KOL029688 for both the Case. Please take necessary action against this...
