[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fixed Deposit Certificate | |
Dear Sir, I approched on 05.04.2008 to sector-16 branch of ICICI Bank for a fixed deposite of Rs 2 lacs total for which they have taken the necessary action/ working but still now even after 28 days I have not received the FD certificate. If I would have approched to any other nationalised bank within one or two day they would have deliver the FD certificate. I don't know what type of services are they providing to there customers.My SB account No is[protected]. Today I received the a message as mentioned below: Please note that the amount is in the safe custody of the bank due to the reason ' No instructions for the Fixed deposit '. Hence we request you to visit the branch where you have the account and place the request to open the Fixed deposit. Our officers at the branch will assist you further. Sincerely, B.Swarna Latha Customer Service Officer ICICI Bank Limited If I had not made the request for the fix deposite how can they debit my account if the Faridabad branch has not forward the message then it is there internal matter how can I force them to do my needfull. Hi i am customer with ICICI BANK LAST 5 YEARS BUT I NEVER EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDE BY INDIA 'S NO. 1 BANK . I AM VISITED IN ROHINI SEC 11 BRANCH FOR INVEST IN FIXED DEPOSIT ON 18 OF SEP 08 THEN BANK EMPLOYEE TOLD ME YOUR FD. RECEIPT YOU COLLECT IN AFTER 7 DAY'S.AFTER 7 DAY'S ON 25 OF SEP 2008 . THEY TOLD ME SOME PROBLEM IN OUR PRINTER SO YOU CAN COLLECT IN EVENING.THEN I VESTED AGAIN IN EVENING AT 6 30PM, THEN HE REPLY ME OUR EMPLOYEE SHIFT IS OVER AT 6 PM SO YOU VISIT IN TOMORROW .

THEN AFTER HALF AN HOUR AT 2:30 PM HE REPLY ME " OUR EMPLOYEE TAKING OFF TODAY AND ALL F.D'S ARE LOCKED SO PLZ YOU CAME AFTER 3 DAY'S ...

ONE MORE THING I TALL YOU ON SAME DAY I INVESTED IN HDFC BANK F.D ALSO, THAT F.D I RECEIVED ON TIME WITH LOT OF SMILE AND OTHER INVESTMENT PLAN .THEN I DECIDE FOR FURTHER I INVEST IN HDFC IT IS ON WRIGHT TRACK AND THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR ICICI GOODWILL !
