[Resolved] ICICI Bank & Canara Bank — Fund not credited to Beneficiary account | |
Hi, I have done a transfer of 20,000 Rs from ICICI bank account no[protected] to Canara bank through net banking on 08-12-09. The amount has not yet been transferred to the beneficiary account. I have repeatedly enquired with the ICICI bank regarding this and they have confirmed that the amount is transferred to canara bank through NEFT transaction via payment id [protected](RBI Reference No). As per our inquiry with the Beneficiary bank they have confirmed that the amount has not been credited to their account. No bank is taking the responsibility in this regard and they are involved in passing the buck on each other. So i kindly request you to investigate this matter on my behalf and provide us with the proper solution. Was this information helpful? | |
