[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ANW Charges for less than Rs.50,000 deposit | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I an Bhuvaeswari Raman, having a savings account in ICICI bank at Nungambakkam branch, Chennai. My account no. is[protected]. My account has been credited with a sum of Rs.45,000 on 28th April 2011. It is found that Rs.225 and Rs.23 has been deducted as ANW charges and S-Tax respectively. It was told that till Rs.50,000 transaction, there will be no extra charges. Please do take corrective actions to reverse my money as soon as possible. After some days of complaint, i saw the account statement details. ICICI bank refunded back the ANW charges deducted. Thank you for the wonderful service. | |||
