[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — settlement of credit card

Hi,

I have a complaint regarding the settlement of ICICI CC.
I was a regular payment of the outstanding but unfortunately i am not able to make the payment. The reason i can't make the payment is I lost money in Stock Market, so due to bad financial condition I have applied for the settlement in the month of January 2008, the executive use to collect minimum amount every month and no sttlement for same was done.
Its December, 2008 till the card is not yet settled and the bill is generated everyone along with interest, late fee, and over limit.

On regular complaint the card is not settled. What should i do now as the bill is huge (72, 174) and i can't make the payment.

I need to have alteast 12 installement to make the payment as the amount is huge, i[censored] check the credit is not in use since TWO years & I have been paying u since then more then what was needed - Pls Revert ASAP

What action have been taken on the collection staff'ss who came to my home and threatened my MOM.

I Mr. Ganesh K. Vakhare I contact in bank and representative of ICICI bank for settelment of my credita card but they are not issuing settelment letter and ther are charging me intrest so much and their guy harrasing me to pay the credit card payment i allready made payment so many time and asking for settelment but they are not settel my card

As per settlement letter issued by the ICICI bank, all payments have been made cleared
vide cheque and cash but till date not yet received No objection Certificate and 0 balance
statement.

Kindly look into the matter and solve.
