[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — Credit Card Issued to somebody in my name

Dear Sir I am surprised to receive a credit card statement dated Oct 21,2009 for due payment of Rs 4190 recieved by bank wide cheque no 198585 dated 06-10-09.this has my Delhi address 101,RR apartments,Mandi Road,Mehrauli,New ManglaPuri, Delhi 110030. It has Cust ID 4648111. Where as I have not applied & do not hold this credit card, pl immidietly cancel this & show me the documents who has applied & using this credit card in my name, so that legal proceedings are initiated. Dear Sir,

Some one has come to my house to enquire about my credit card outstanding in ICICI, Chennai. But I don’t have any credit card in ICICI Bank.
My mothers ask them to call to my Malaysia number and also I have received the call from them. They have enquired about Card outstanding and i told them that i dont have any card in ICICI, they given the detail about me is totally wrong apart from only my full name.
They said they are going to take legal action regarding this, but i am not totally unaware about this credit card and also why should I suffer for this.
Please help me to come out from this situation.
I am also Banking back office employee in Standard Chartered Bank.
