[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — REG WAIVE OFF THE AMOUNT CHARGED IN CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform that the ICICI credit card has done one swipe for Rs.5990/- towards ICICI prudential insurance and which I have informed to cancel or waive off the same from my ICICI credit statement and they are charging interest, late fee for the same.

The complaint was lodged with head service quality of ICICI but till they have not taken immediate steps to do the needful.

Therefore I was register the same with complaints also. Kindly take some steps to do the needful so that my credit worthiness does not get spoiled.

Dear Customer care Executive/Incharge,

I wish to bring to your kind notice that on 23rd of September'2009 wished to invest in ICICI prudential hospital care insurance and swipped Rs.5990/- through my credit card No.[protected]. The swipe was confirmed to me by an SMS from TM-ICICIPRU at 5.30pm in the mobile no.[protected] towards policy no.35718368. On the same day your representative came to my residence with the application No.35718375 for getting the sign but as I wanted to read the contents and then sign the application I told them.
Unfortantely on the next day in my organisation management called me and asked to search for fresh job now I am not able to pay the swipped amount of Rs.5990/- and not willing to continue in taking the policy. Therefore I kindly request you to cancel the swipe and waive off the amount of Rs.5990/- pending to be payable in my credit card due statement.
In this regard I have called today (05.10.2009) your customer care both the credit card and also ICICI prudential they only insisted me to send email on the above mentioned id.
Looking forward for your support and co-operation to cancel and waive off the amount payable in the credit card.
I regret for the inconvenience caused to you on the above transaction.
Please confirm the cancellation and waive off by return email and contacting me on the provided mobile no. which will be much helpful to me.

Dear Saeed,
As per my telephonic discussion with yesterday I am attaching herewith the scanned copy of the credit card statement as required by you through email.
Kindly check up and provide the waive off entry in my credit card accounts and also the interest and late payment fee whichever is shown in my credit card account.
The above is spoiling my credit card good will which I have earned with ICICI for the last 12 years above.
Looking forward for your support and co-operation to solve the above problem at the earliest.

Dear Ms.D.Sri Lalitha,
I am continously seeing your emails but the time is only being extended but the your people putting day interest, late fees etc and damaging my good will in my society and also blocking the card. Therefore I kindly request you to take back the card and wanted to surrender the card.
No more I want to continue my relationship with ICICI credit card as I have waited for last four months but your bank doesn't have courtesy to sort this small problem and take decision immediately.
Please sent your representative and get my card discarded and I want to surrender the same.
