ICICI Bank Credit Card — settlement for credit card

settlement on total amount due of my credit card iam the customer of icici bank from last few years, before this our car loan was running from this bank, we want the settlement on this total amount due of my credit card b'coz i want to clear all my debts immediately, from last one month i was in contact of ms.harneet saluja for doing the settlement she forwaded my request to higher authorities but no action was taken then we contacted customer care they adviced me to contact mr.amit mishra bhopal [protected] he said this case is not under me then i again contacted customer care they adviced to send one mail but no reply has came unnecessary i have to pay the late fees and it is very problematic to call them so please immediately give approvel to my settlement and reply immediately to me on my contact no.[protected], [protected] so that i can clear the whole amount in the bank immediately.
