[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card Division — GOT CARD STATEMENT FOR 2 CARDS, BUT I HAVE ONLY 1 CARD | |||
Hello, I recently received 2 different statements of ICICI Bank Credit Card but I have only ONE (1) card. I got an SMS also stating my overdue of joining fee of Rs. 561/-, but I don't have the card. I have tried plenty of times to contact customer care numbers but am not getting any response. I have also filed complaint in ICICI Bank Website, but no result. I am tired with these poor response, pls suggest what to do next. Can I go to CONSUMER FORUM and lodge a complaint for the same? Awaiting your reply. I have deposited a cheque of 15200 Rs against the card which was received by the bank on the due date.This is as per online statement.
But the online statement also tells me that I am now having 263 Rs paymet due against the card. This amount was result of AUTO Debit Return Fee which is activated in my account.
I just want to complain that when I have paid full amount which was received by the bank on due date then why I should give this AUTO Debit Fee.
i have talked to the customer care of ICICI but the customer care officer is not getting my problem and told me that AUTO debit executed on the mid night of[protected] and we got your cheque payment on[protected]. That is why the payment can not be reversed.
What is that ?
Please help.
