[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Final settlement letter

actually icici's modus oprendi is to cheat every customer, becos they know all customer can not take forward their case to its logical end and if some of them even take it forward to logical they will refund the amount illegally recovered, and at end of the day the icici again rich by collected / recovered illegal money from the customer, write at [protected]@icicibank.com, i[censored]s issue still unresolved take it forward to ombudsman and consumer forum

Dear Sir, On 14.11.2007, I have settled all my Credit Card dues of ICICI Bank by making a total payment of Rs. 23500/- and they have given me a settlement letter and money receipt for the same. Now on 29.01.2009 I received an SMS in my mobile that my ICICI Bank savings account has been debited by Rs.25794 for non payment of my old credit card dues. I spoke to them in their help line numbers and came to know that they dose not have any record that my credit card dues are settled in the year 2007. Even I have send an Email with the scanned copy of my settlement letter & money receipts. Still now my savings a/c has not been resolved, it is locked and non-operative where as on 5th Feb, 2009 there are some important payment through ECS will come for clearance, now if it is returned then I have to pay bank charges unnecessaryly. I shall be obliged if you kindly look into the matter and instruct the Bank not to harras me any further.

ICICI Credit Card — wrong billing and forcing for payment after full & final settlement letter

I am holding ICICI credit card since Jan 2003. I enjoyed the facility offered by Bank every time and still.

In the last two yars back, ICICI has charged me wrong bills only becaused of their non-updated system and poor customer care officials. After continues letter wrting and mailing, ICICI Bank has sent me an Appology letter after 6 months period.

Now, In the month of November, I have received offer for full and final settlement by ICICI bank for account No.XXXX XXXX XXXX 8009 for Rs.2000/- I have accepted the offer and drawn cheque of Rs.2000/- and the same was susequently debitted from my a/c and Creditted into the ICICI a/c.

Now I am receving calls and stament for further payments and asking me to call or meet officials for full and final settlement of the same accont once again.

Is this Bank covered under RBI bank? And can they asked their customer N times for settlement?

I am gateful and thankful to consumer forum. in and happy to know that there are like minded troubled customers by India;s fastest growth oreinted, emerged in cheating, fooling and harassing cutomers ICICI bank the best in the business of taking away cust happiness.


My unhappiness and dissatisfaction is about a credit card settlement done through bank ofcr, exe and then block my acount, , very critical time my father heart surgery money blocked last year 2008.After continous persuasion the company agreed to settling ffor 35000.00 and refund 14453.00 part amount, but did not issue me a mail confirmation or any approach from locals in hyd to complete and close the ac with documentation wchich they did not do and now again they have freezd my ac with amnt of 16084.00 for unligical reason of outstanding because they dont understand that they are cheating by have not given me a etter and again doing the same .Inspite of writing to all concerned heads, depts, snr, mngmnt and CEO Ms Chanda Kochhar the reply has been negative & very dissaqpointing and nonsense as they wantedly seem to do this .

Am very positive and wil not give up for thir nonsense, but take it the consumer forum, ombudsman and furrther too bcoz in it is a insult to indian citizens bcoz of whom the bank has grown and especilly disreespect to the nations freedom fighters who fought for freedom but we are yet to over ccome this with such treacherous and brutal acts upon us the cyustomers and public.

My sincere appel to the consumer frum .in site and all those cheated by icicic bank lets hjoin together and let the nation and the world know what kind of discriminatin this bank is doing.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — CARD SETTLEMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mr.Prakash Chandra Nayak Credit Card holder of ICICI Bank vide my card no.-[protected]. I have settlement this card in the month of October'08 vide Settlement Letter NO-ICEASJMR/122008/13567/FWO with full and final payment of Rs.25000/-. The bank has given me a settlement letter for closing but after crossing the 10 months the card not have settled.The Bank manager saying that it will close quickly in every month but it couldnot happened. I have already registered in customer care in every month but there is no any response from bank side.

After waiting long time i am no other option to find solution of my problem.Its hampered to my day to day life with mentally and phsycally harrasment.

Therefore request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard and find solution in this matter serisouly.

i used to use icici bank credit card i have loose my job and i wanted to do the settlement my actual uses was some 30,000/- after interest and all its gone upto 52000/- few days back i gotta call from bank for settlement in 20,000/- and now they are asking for to pay 38000/- if not pay then bank is going to file police complaint against me i dont know what to do ...please help

icici bk credit card — settlement of card

i mr mahesh m ranka having a icici bk cr card-no[protected] since long time, i have to make settlement for this card, as charges r very high & my fininicial condition is not good, since my shop has been burnt & have very high hospital expenses
your officials say that the debts can be cleared by selling the kidney,is this the langauge u talk with your customers , since i would ;ike to settle my card,& request u to reverse the sharges imposed on me, hoping for your valued support

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Settlement of Card

Hi,

I was holding ICICI Credit card and subsequently ( I guess in 2005) I had surrendered the card and made the payment outstanding. There were some discrepancies of overcharges to tune of 1800/- and rest all paid to card account. I had communictaed to the bank that I am no more intersted to use the card and requested for settlement letter. This was communictaed to the call center support guys when spoken over the phone. It seems it is still showing the unsettled card and it looks getting reflected on cibil. I wanted to file the case on consumer court. I have all evidence of documents and communictaion to bank. Please advise.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Regard. Full And final settlement letter

My self Ajay Ridla My credit card # is [protected],earlier we have dispute with ICCI bank regarding credit card payment and we recieve call from your executive named Mr.Gupta,his cell number is (# [protected] )and he agreed to settelment of payment with me and settelment amount was Rs.24000/- which i had to give in three instalments ,then he sent another executive his contact number # [protected] to recieve the payment,i gave him Rs.24000/ - (Cash/cheque) ,then he produced me a settelment letter ,as per this letter the full settelment letter will be given with in two months.I argument with executive because he agreed to give me the letter of full settlement letter after given the full payment and he also mentioned that the bank will sent you the latter of full payment but still they d'not give me this letter and send their executive or call from bank side for the payment.they disturbed me every day by this i am fed off and i really tell u that if it will not stopped,i will sue you in consumer court .Ajay Ridla ,Cell number # [protected].
