I have taken Rural Housing loan on ICICI bank and every time i'm facing issue on IT certificate.

I'm paying the EMI regularly and paid all charges then why not i can get the IT certificate online.

    Dear Representative,

    Please treat my email as serious complaint against ICICI loan department.

    I have been cheated by ICICI loan department while loan processing. They made serious false commitment. Please find detail below:


    1. While taking loan , I was informed that insurance is mandatory component of loan and based on this , I was imposed with insurance premium on top of my loan amount. As a result of that EMI value is more.

    2. Secondly, my registry was due in the last week of september 2012, but Loan value of was dispersed on last week of August 2012 by stating that rate of interest what ICICI is offering is applicable only till August 31st, 2012. Otherwise I would be paying more rate of interest.As a result of that my EMI start date is 29th August 2012.

    If you notice , both of above points is case of cheating by putting pressure on Customer. On the same note , I would like to make complaint specially on Mr. Deepak ([protected]) , he works in ICICI loan department. You can also reach him on deepak.[protected]@icicibank.com,

    I want serious action against ICICI representative and reversal of both points which were Imposed on me for ICICI representative self interest.

      I am using your bank's coral credit card, this card has been debited with various charges (INTEREST CHARGES/Service Tax) on 10-Jan-12 & Over limit fee with Service Tax on 11-Jan-12.

      I have raised complaint on 12-Jan-12 & 14-Jan-12 twice & both the time ICICI Bank Customer care executive confirmed that these are wrongly debited to me & it is a system error, same will be corrected in 48 hours, but till now it was not corrected in my account.
      On 16'Jan I tried ICICI Bank customer care no. & waited for 30 min. to talk to customer care executive but call got disconnected.

      I am getting no responce on Customer Care No.

      I have face very embarrassing situation while I was using my card & vendor said my card transaction is declined with limit reason.

      I have paid Rs.1000/- & Rs.500/- against issuance of my Corel & Platinum Cards respectively & not expecting such blunders from ICICI Bank.

      YOU HAVE CHARGED INTEREST CHARGES (Rs.241.40)+ SERVICE TAX (Rs.29.84) WRONGLY IN YOUR STATEMENT DATED 18/08/2008. PL NOTE I ALWAYS PAY THE DUES WELL BEFORE THE DUE DATE. HENCE THIS SHOULD BE REVERSED.

        From the last 15days I am trying to follow up with Mr.Gurinder Gill in ICICI Ropar,Punjab branch as he promised to open my PPF asap,but all in vain.Everyday he has a new excuse n ask to wait for 1hour or 1 day n then he stops recieving my calls.I am just tired of all this,I dont have time that i call the bank person 5 or 6 times in a day to ask about my PPF status.Very poor customer service i must say! I want a solution as early as possible because i am going out of country next week.I am a customer of ICICI from last 6years and they dont even bother to attend my calls and explain the problem.I i knew that i will be treated like this,i would surely have moved to some other bank.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Sub : Cheating and fraud done by ICICI home loan Lower Parel Branch & its executive Mr. Suneel Tiwari.

          This is Ashish Bhatt from Borivali , Mumbai.

          Few times back I had applied for Home loan with Two banks 1 is Axis Bank and 2 is ICICI Bank.

          From ICICI Bank Mr. Suneel Tiwari had approached me for home loan. as an alert citizen first i took and saw his ID proof , which belongs to ICICI 's ( I Process) company.
          I put faith on him and Provided him required information asked by ICICI home loan Executive Mr. Suneel Tiwari.
          I had visited fair at MCHI property Exhibition during late Nov. 2012. and got instant pre-sanction letter of Rs. 25 LAC from AXIS bank.which wrote processing fees Rs. 5816/- only. I showed this to Mr. Tiwari told him that I have presanction letter.
          but with his marketing style and with false commitments, he fooled me and said sir you approach bank with max amount. i will give u good deal and will get sanction and disbursement at the earliest. so he insisted me to give blank cheque.
          He guided me to tell Loan req. Rs. 30 LAC during call from ICICI home loan department. I did same.then he disappeared for few days.
          he has not followed up with me. so i took call for Loan from AXIS bank. on 22nd Dec 2012 I called up and told him to give me cheque back he said sir unless you don't sign Sanction letter, we will not deposit the money.but suddenly on 26 th dec 2012 morning i got sms from bank stating that cheque No : 528513 amount of Rs. 17416 is cleared from your account. I was shocked, how can he do this to me?. I immediately called up Mr. Tiwari he was answer less. as soon as he realized his mistake he stop attending my call. then after getting frustrated,
          i called up his team manager Mr. Mohanty on [protected]. he was out of station so he said you come to my office on 12 Jan 2013. I reached his office. I also called up Mr. Tiwari a day before, and asked him to come to his office.he agreed. but he did not come.
          when i called him he switched off the phone. I called him from another mobile no of my friend. he picked up, i asked him where r u he said i m on leave. and hanged up.
          I meet and narrated this incident to Mr. Mohanty. I told him to contact Mr. tiwari and ask him to come to office. He called up Mr. Tiwari then Mr. Tiwari replied him that he is at customer's place. Mr. Mohanty asked R u on leave he was shocked to here this and replied falsely. Mr. Mohanty understood that his guy is the culprit. he told me that i will contact my head Mr. Rajesh Virkar and surely will get refund of half of the amount that is 8989/-. and asked me to contact letter. On[protected] I called him up and asked., he said my boss is denying to refund money.

          Sir / Madam I have lost My hard earned money Rs. 17416/-. and due to false commitment from ICICI home loan executives I am in to big trouble. Please take necessary steps to get my money back.
          below, I have also pasted letter on which I got signature from Mr. Tiwari that he committed falsely. I also took video recording of his acceptance in this matter.

          Sub : Cancellation and Refund of Home loan process (Appl No: 77l - 91496) cheque amount of : Rs. 17,416/-

          This is Ashish Bhatt, Borivali Mumbai. I inquired for home loan and I have come across Mr. Suneel S. Tiwari, having Emp ID of ICICI’s i Process Code : C42590. He came to me and collected signatures on bank application form and said I will do the needful for Home Loan. He also asked me to give blank cheque just to show to the bank that cheque is with him. I never do such sort of practice. However he insisted that sir don’t worry we will not deposit the cheque unless you sign the letter. He knew that I had pre-sanctioned loan from one of the bank. Then I gave him Salary proof, bank statement and HDFC cheque no : 528513. He took those documents and said I will get back to you soon. Few days later I got only call from Mr. Mudassir Credit manager - ICICI bank, lower parel, regarding my work experience salary income, which I have answered as per his requirement. After some days I enquired him regarding the status of loan progress and enquired again for cheque. He said sir don’t worry without your approval and sign we can’t deposit the cheque. On 26th Dec 2012 I got message from bank stated cheque of Rs. 17,416/- has been deducted from your account. I immediately called up Mr. Tiwari and asked him about cheque. He was clue less and I told him to connect me to his boss. After some time he connected me to Mr. Balwant Singh, Team Sales Manager from ICICI Home loan Dept. at lower parel. I asked him how you can deposited the cheque without approval and without giving full service. He said we will do the disbursement after legal and technical documents to be submitted. He was more in to bargaining then explaining. Being employee Mr. Tiwari has promised me on behalf of bank that cheque will not be deposited unless I sign the sanction letter or any document. Sir My point is that bank has only called me once for income related inquiry. Nothing else. They have not given me any other services except document collection and one simple telephone call.
          Due to false commitments and such a bitter experience from such a famous bank, I would like to cancel all my application for home loan. I would like to request you to refund my amount of Rs. 17,416/- without any further delay and take me out of this mental trauma.
          Kindly revert me and refund my money.

            This is with reference to call received from your ICICI bank agency from Mobile no-[protected]. Today I received call from this number. Lady from other side is asking me for outstanding balance against my credit card about Rs.54,000/- Apprx for card I never used. When I ask for card number she refused to provide the same. I am surprise to know that she have my all details submitted to ICICI bank at the time of taking my ICICI bank credit card at Indore (Card number-[protected]). Then I checked with call center there is no outstanding against my card (Screen shot attached for last transaction). Then I immediately called on above mentioned number again she was telling some wrong address of Indore (Jai ambe nagar) but she didn’t disclose the card number for the same when I asked.

            Request you to please take it seriously to investigate the same. I doubt someone is using my name and other details and doing fraud.

              With due respect I would like to inform you that I was very fond of services what you are providing with your bank. I have following two accounts with your bank (Cyber Green Branch) apart from my saving account[protected]

              1. [protected]:OD
              2. [protected]:FD

              My FD account has been matured on 08th Jan 2012. So, I dropped an application for closure of both the above mentioned account on 07th Jan 2012 to get my amount on time. I am sorry to say you that unfortunately I didn’t get back my money till date after doing multiple follow up with Mr. Suraj Bhat (Cyber Green Branch).

              Last time I got the similar experience when I closed my another FD of Rs. 1,90,000. 15 days were consumed by the same branch to close my that request. Due to poor service given by your team members I ashamed on myself, and trying to transfer my FDs to some other bank.

              So, I would like to request you to take this issue seriously and check out your services to find the loop holes. I hope, the steps which you would take in this regard will resolve my issue immediately.

                ICICI bank people calls you frequently, even you have explained your financial difficulty (or family member death). One or the representative will call you and threatened you about payment.
                They make a call to your company/office officials and explain that you are very bad defaulter.
                They often call your family members/ relatives.

                As per RBI circular RBI/2005-06 / 211 DBOD.FSD.BC. 49/ 24.01.011/ 2005-06 dated November 21, 2005
                addressed to the All Commercial Banks / NBFCs (Excluding RRBs) regarding "Credit Card Operations of banks" full copy this is on RBI website.
                In page No.2 & 3 of the circular there is clear-cut instructions regarding your information (in case default) no one should share with your family member/office member/relatives or friends.

                The are threatening by arguing with you that "NON BAILABLE WARRANT" and police takes you.
                In this context, We can send legal notice to ICICI.

                No one can issue you a "NON BAILABLE WARRANT" due to non-payment of credit car/personal loan dues.

                ICICI people must understand this, They should STOP this non-sense Immediate

                (ii) Customer confidentiality
                a. The card issuing bank / NBFC should not reveal any information relating to customers
                obtained at the time of opening the account or issuing the credit card to any other person or
                organization without obtaining their specific consent, as regards the purpose/s for which the
                information will be used and the organizations with whom the information will be shared.
                Banks / NBFCs should satisfy themselves, based on specific legal advice, that the
                information being sought from them is not of such nature as will violate the provisions of the
                laws relating to secrecy in the transactions. Banks / NBFCs would be solely responsible for
                the correctness or otherwise of the data provided for the purpose.
                b. In case of providing information relating to credit history / repayment record of the
                card holder to a credit information company (specifically authorized by RBI), the bank / NBFC
                may explicitly bring to the notice of the customer that such information is being provided in
                terms of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
                c. Before reporting default status of a credit card holder to the Credit Information Bureau
                of India Ltd. (CIBIL) or any other credit information Company authorized by RBI, banks /
                NBFCs may ensure that they adhere to a procedure, duly approved by their Board, including
                issuing of sufficient notice to such card holder about the intention to report him/ her as
                defaulter to the Credit Information Company. The procedure should also cover the notice
                period for such reporting as also the period within which such report will be withdrawn in the
                event the customer settles his dues after having been reported as defaulter. Banks / NBFCs
                should be particularly careful in the case of cards where there are pending disputes. The
                disclosure/ release of information, particularly about the default, should be made only after
                the dispute is settled as far as possible. In all cases, a well laid down procedure should be
                transparently followed. These procedures should also be transparently made known as part
                of MITCs.
                d. The disclosure to the DSAs / recovery agents should also be limited to the extent that
                will enable them to discharge their duties. Personal information provided by the card holder
                but not required for recovery purposes should not be released by the card issuing bank /
                NBFC. The card issuing bank / NBFC should ensure that the DSAs / DMAs do not transfer or
                misuse any customer information during marketing of credit card products.
                (iii) Fair Practices in debt collection
                (a) In the matter of recovery of dues, banks / NBFCs may ensure that they, as also their
                agents, adhere to the extant instructions on Fair Practice Code for lenders (circular DBOD.
                Leg. No. BC. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated May 5, 2003) as also IBA’s Code for Collection
                of dues and repossession of security. In case banks / NBFCs have their own code for
                collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of IBA's Code.
                (b) In particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is
                essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation
                of the bank / NBFC and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by
                recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the
                card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.
                (c) Banks / NBFCs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any
                kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including
                acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family
                members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and
                misleading representations.

                CIBIL — CIBIL not adhering to Credit Information Companies Regulation Act 2005

                As per the Credit Information Companies Regulations Act, under Chapter VI:Information Privacy Principles And Furnishing of Credit Information
                "If a credit information company or specified user or credit institution in possession or control of the credit information, has not updated the information maintained by it, a borrower or client MAY REQUEST ALL or ANY OF THEM TO UPDATE THE INFORMATION; whether by making an appropriate correction, or addition or otherwise, and ON SUCH REQUEST the CREDIT INFORMATION COMPANY or the specified user or the credit institution, as the case may be, SHALL TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO UPDATE THE CREDIT INFORMATION WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER BEING REQUESTED TO DO SO"
                But when i called CIBIL and informed them that there is an inaccurate information appearing on my credit report and i want them to correct the same, instead of registering my complaint and initiating an investigation with the data provider they refused to take up the complaint saying that "we are only information reporting company and we report the information which is provided by banks. In case of any dispute or incorrect reporting i need to contact bank directly as they are the one who are reporting wrong information".
                In this way they have clearly breach the Credit Information Companies Regulations Act and i want the concern authorities to take up this issue seriously to safeguard the consumers interest.
                Now i have been been denied credit by other credit institutions on the basis of CIBIL report which is inaccurate.
                In such scenerios where bank denies to accept their mistake and update the information with CIBIL and on other hand CIBIL denies to register the consumer dispute poor consumer has nowhere to go.
                Hence i request RBI to come up with strict procedures to safeguard the consumers interest similar to Credit Disputing procedures in develope countries like U.S, U.K and South Africa.

                ICICI — DISCLOSURE OF CARD INFO BETWEEN 2 COMPANIES

                One tale caller from ICICI LOMBARD explained me about one parent insurance med claim insurance and taken all details about my family .promised me to send me the document .Before i revive document ICICI LOMBARD "blocked " 15477 Rs in my card which is not currently using by me .I closed the same card in 2005 and made disabled . Since i am not interested to use that card i requested them to cancel the insurance. They cancelled the came and said that money refunded back to you account. In the card section saying that they received 15000 only. and now they are sending letter for payment of 1642 including the fine and late payment fee .for the service i am not used .Most important thing I like to know that how ICICI LOMBARD is able to take the money from a card which even customer don’t know. I know only last 4 digit and first 4digits
                Next question of My out standing payment?? I have not shared the card number with the tele caller of the person claimimthat he is from ICICILOMBARD for your Ref Policy no:4063/HAP/03765208/00/000

                ICICI Bank Credit Card — Repayments

                Dear Sir,
                I have paid initial amount of Rs. 2200 to my icici credit card dept. after the discussion had with one of the executive. But my salary account is blocked due to ICICI credit card. I am unable to operate my account where as I have submitted my application to the bank and their executives are also working on.

                My Issue is that my salary account is in same bank as with credit card. I am paying honestly then why they are blocking my account, this is really hampering me to do other work as I am not financially strong.
                Kindly help me out.

                I can see only the complaints and no resolution to the customer compliants have been added here. I suppose the Multi National Banks are playing with the dreams of the citizens in India by putting their name in the defaulter list in CIBIL. They are authorised only to add the name to the list, but I guess there is no way the name can be deleted from the list.
                If someone get to know this please do let me know the same.

                Cibil report has inaccurate information. I have never used any credit card. My name is also listed as defaulter of credit card. Can someone help me how to go further and if we complaint through this forum, is some body reply us or take action againt them.

                ICICI Bank — Information Not Being Provided By the Bank Relating to Personal Loan

                Hi I have a personal loan from ICICI that I have been paying EMI for the last 2 years or so. However due to an unfortunate incident I have lost the documents relating to that personal loan. As a result I do not have access to the personal loan account no or any other information pertaining to that loan. The EMI is being paid out automatically from my HDFC bank salary AC No-[protected], Salt Lake, Sec - II Branch in Kolkata. I have sent repeated mails to ICICI Bank for the last 3 days asking for some response in helping me out by providing me the Loan Account No and also telling me how many months I would have left for my loan amount to be fulfilled , but I have received no response from them. This is causing me emotional duress and effecting my life to a great extent. I would like help in getting a positive response from ICICI.

                  This is SANJEEV SARDANA, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
                  It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money , without any intimation through phone or statement or any way.

                  Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

                  Deduction of MAB charges without informing about the change
                  I am having a savings account with ICICI bank, Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore, Karnataka since last 5 years. My account no. is[protected].

                  My account has been debited by Rs. 280.90 on 03/10/12 for MAB charges for Aug-12.

                  I was very shocked to see deduction of minimum balance charges as I have always been maintaining minimum quarterly average balance of Rs. 10,000 in my account.Through detailed searching on the Internet I was able to find that your bank has changed the system of minimum balance from Minimum Quarterly Average Balance to Minimum Monthly Average Balance some months back. However it is very DISAPPOINTING to note that your Bank did not even bothered to inform the existing customers about this major change.

                  Since I was never informed about change of system of minimum balance from quarterly to monthly basis and my quarterly average balance was more than Rs. 10,000 during the period for which charges have been deducted, the charges of Rs. 280.90 wrongly deducted from my account must be credited back to my account immediately.

                  Since your bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                  I am having a savings account with ICICI bank, Sec-11, Panchkula, Haryana . My account no. is[protected].
                  I was regularly maintaining Quaterly Average Min balance of Rs 10, 000/- till May'13.Recently when I was checking my bank statement, it was learnt that at monthly basis MAB Chgs of Rs 393.26 being deducted since May13.

                  I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I only knew about QAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                  I have been working overseas in US for past 5 years. I have an ICICI savings account which i have opened in Powai branch Mumbai while I was in India for doing my stock trading. I have returned back to India last year. I have accidentally noticed that ICICI has been deducting an amount of Rs.390+ taxes from my account for the past 3 years! I had the minimum balance maintained in account according to the back agreements before I was leaving to US and now i have noticed that my account balance it brought down to less 1000 Rupees after all the deductions from bank. I was never notified about the deductions and its like almost 7000 deducted from account as the MAB charges till date. I have visited a nearby ICICI bank in Bangalore and they are saying they cannot do anything on this regard. I want to file a complaint against ICICI bank as Cheating consumers by deducting amount from my account without prior notices. I need the amount back or I would like to close the account for this madness.

Two ladies name Anjali and Priyanka abused me for no reason dey called up on my office landline no. evn though i told them Mr. Jitendra's mobile No one week ago still they called me up on my office number which is not bearable and they abused me very badly ( dey use "teri aukat nahi hai manager se baat karney ke by priyankan and anjali is worst den priyanka c abused very badly without ne reason i asked about agencies owner number n dey used slang lagnuage to me even threatend me)which is not gong to tolerate at any cost. I m gong to complain in Rohini police station for my personal safety.

                      My ICICI credit card was fraudulently used for an online transaction via ENTROPAY UK on 12th Jan 2012. Immediately when I called ICICI, they blocked the card but there response to block the payment was irresponsive. They mentioned that they cannot do anything and asked me to lodge a police complaint. They said that the transaction happened with my 3dpin. Am I an to share my 3d pin? The online system of ICICI is so flawed that the 3d pin got hacked. For no mistake of mine, I have to run here and there to lodge complaint, call icici many times but still no proper response. I was an intensive user of credit card and now I have learnt a costly lesson. Thanks to the nonsense bank ICICI for teaching me a lesson to not use their credit card.

                      They are sooo customer unfriendly...I am also victim of same case...Already we are worried of hacked account and they further torture us to go complaint with police and all instead of handling simply by rejecting the payment and dealing at merchant level. Its very discouraging to use ICICI services and I might be going ahead and suggest everyone I know to get rid of icici services they are using. With so many occurences of such cases, it feels like ICICI itself is hand in glove with criminals or its employees with access to data bases are themselves hacking the systems...such poorly secured systems and so many cases and still ICICI management not reacting constructively

                          I have several issues with this credit card account of ICICI bank and had tried to settle this account in past[protected], but collection executives employed by ICICI Bank took undue advantage and gave me false commitments regarding settlement. They collected payment from me as installments for settlement and kept posting it as my monthly payments without my knowledge. My fault was that I blindly believed ICICI bank executives who were later found following unethical banking practice throughout the country. All my last payments reflecting on my account were the installments paid for settlement, but I was been fooled by the collection agency to achieve their targets. It was recession period, during same period I had settled 4 other credit cards but only ICICI credit card account wasn't settled, merely due to immoral collection executives employed by ICICI bank.

                          After couple of months collection agencies started calling me for payments. I was under impression that my account was settled and by then my account kept accruing following charges each month:
                          1) Late fee
                          2) Service charge for Late fee
                          3) Overlimit charge
                          4) Service charge for Overlimit charge
                          5) Finance charge / Interest
                          6) Service charge for Finance charge / Interest

                          Further ICICI collection agents started calling my residence number and started using threatening and abusive language. They discussed my account with my other family members, threatened to harm me and breached bank agreement with the card member in all the possible ways. I even contacted banking ombudsman and wrote mails to ICICI collection department and calls stopped for some time.

                          Meanwhile I also received a letter for approval of a loan from ICICI bank, which I never applied for. I reported it to ICICI bank and requested details of it but to no avail. I am sure even this was one of the initiatives of bank executive employed by ICICI Bank who had collected my documents during settlement.

                          Now since past couple of month (after almost 2 years), collection executive employed by ICICI Bank (call’s herself Snehal) started calling me again for the payments. She wanted me to pay 29000/- more to settle the account. Many a times she would use abusive language with me and my family members, she even called me beggar, psycho, cheater, fraud etc on multiple occasions. She even called couple of my neighbor and started harassing them for my details. Later this collection executive even called one of my neighbor’s daughter (Ms Chuddha) working in Pune (Wipro) and threatened her that she would get her into problems if she doesn’t cooperate. With the issues happening in the country (Ms Chuddha) was so scared that she had to take a medical leave and return Mumbai immediately. Further I pacified her father that there is nothing to worry and she can resume work without any fear. One of my neighbor (Mrs. Dalvi) was been harassed so much by repetitive calling on their land line number whole day, that her family had to call a doctor home to treat her for high blood pressure. All these people ICICI collection agents employed by ICICI Bank were calling and harassing were not guarantor on my account nor they had any account or relationship with ICICI bank, then how did ICICI collection executives availed their phone numbers /details and who gave ICICI bank/executive rights to call neighbors for collection of payments. The motive was clear to create problem in the neighborhood so that card holder would get embarrassed and make the payments, which is a cheap way of functioning for a bank. Best part is that all these things were happening on a recorded line.
                          I have got a signed letters with respective dates from my neighbors regarding the harassment they received from collection executive employed by ICICI Bank and would register a police complaint against her and the bank.

                          ICICI bank has caused a mental trauma to Me, My family members and my neighbors.
                          ICICI bank has spoiled my CIBIL records beyond repair.
                          ICICI bank executives have jeopardized banks reputation and my financial standing.
                          I have been harassed, humiliated and traumatized by the recovery agents employed by ICICI Bank.
                          It has caused me great embarrassment in my society and spoiled my reputation.

                          I received a mail from Collection manager Jatin Shide dated 9th Jan, 2013 and asking me to settle the account on or before 11th Jan, 2013 for 11933/-. When I agree to pay, so that I can put an end to this baloney of ICICI bank credit card account, ICICI collection manager tells me that this is a wrong settlement letter that they have sent me. Now when I am trying to speak with this manager, he doesn’t answer the call nor does he reply my messages.

                          Now I have lost faith in settling this account and want few questions to be answered:
                          1. Does ICICI collection executive have right to lie and give false commitments to achieve their monthly targets?
                          2. Does ICICI bank have authority to abuse and threaten people to collect the money?
                          3. Does ICICI collection agent have rights to unethically avail card member’s neighbor’s information?
                          4. Does ICICI collection agent have rights to call card member’s neighbors for collection?
                          5. Does ICICI collection agent have rights to harass card member’s neighbors and to threaten them?
                          6. Does ICICI bank often send wrong letters for settlement to the customers?
                          7. Will my CIBIL records be cleared which has been spoiled because of ICICI lousy executives?
                          8. Will I get justice and compensated for the trauma I had gone through due to unethical business practice followed by ICICI bank executives?
                          9. Will I get any written explanation and apology from ICICI bank?

                          I need an escalation in this case and would like to get a favorable resolution to this issue, falling which I will be forced to take further course of action.

                          ICICI / Credit card — Target of Collection agents

                          I used to have an ICICI Credit card in 2004 when I was in Mumbai. When I left Mumbai I placed a request with the Call Centre for a change of address. Nothing happened and I stopped receiving my statements. I payed up what I thought was the balance on my card from Bangalore. Now I have some collection agents calling me up and asking me to pay 50000/- When I call up the bank callc entre they say its true. Now the surprising ting is the Bank has not send me a single mail to any of the mail ids that I had submitted when I took the card. Now when I ask the bank to give me the details the person (his name is Suresh) says pay up then we will see. In addition this person makes it a point to call up as and when he pleases and starts abusing me and my family over the nos. they have. I am not sure as to what this is as if the bank has the details they should have send me a document giving the details. But this never happened. And my frantic callls to custoemr support have generally been useless. I hope my family does not get hurt in this fight that ICICI stages with me through their collection agents.

They are calling on official numbers which has no relevance to the matter... If such is the case with ICICI bank then i'm sure u r loosing your brand value from your customer and i think they are your third party collection vendors for sure....

                                I was holding few HDFC top 200 mutual fund units through ICICI direct & at same time I was holding major investing in same mutual fund through HDFC fund.

                                On 26-Nov-2012 I sold (redemption order) my all ICICI direct units (60.253) through ICICI Direct website. System accepted order & it was about 12986.57 INR. Please see ICICI Direct Order Page soft copy attached.

                                However after few days I found that ICICI direct sold all my investment (350.152 units) including all funds I was holding though HDFC fund. Amount credited to my account was 74952.90.

                                Thus ICICI Direct sold my investment without my permission & knowledge.

                                I did various follow-ups with ICICI Direct. ICICI Direct accepted mistake, but said its not their problem & its HDFC Funds problem. I contact HDFC fund & they also didn't accept complaint & said you placed order through ICICI Direct so you have to work with ICICI Direct.

                                Finally after seeing no one is able to help me, I purchased difference of 289.899 units again. However I had to purchase it with higher rates (223.498/unit) from HDFC fund.

                                I request your help in giving me justice. I am a small investor. I have gone though lot of pain in follow-ups but no one is entertaining my issue.

                                I seek amount Rs 6,000/- from ICICI direct for my loss, my phone calls & time I had to put in this matter.

                                  I had escalated the matter to level 2 complain in ICICI bank but they have not taken any necessory action.Below you will see the details and also the transaction details.

                                  7- Thus as you could see I was in Hyderabad and transaction has been done in Pune.
                                  ICICI Debit Card Fraud Information


                                  Hi,

                                  This is to inform you that, many of my friends and their friends & relatives had lost their hard earned income, in ICICI Debit Card Fraud.

                                  I have lost Rs. 50000/- some 4 months back, one of my friend have lost yesterday Rs. 50000/-, and bank is blaming us, and not refunding the money.

                                  In all cases, the Debit Card is with the card holder and through Duplicate Debit Card somebody had withdrawn the money, before withdrawing he had changed the original Debit Pin No. and got the new Pin number, through ICICI Bank, by some system loopholes.

                                  In all cases, the person withdraws Rs. 25000/- in 2 or 3 transactions (Rs. 10000 then Rs. 15000) between 11:30pm to 11:58pm and after 00:05 (date changes) he withdraws another Rs. 25000/- in 2 or 3 transactions.

                                  In all cases, the SMS we get only after all the transactions are over sometime in morning around 8:00am, and if you get the SMS on time also, you cannot block the card, as your Pin No. had been changed.

                                  In all cases, we have the original card with us, it is not lost, and many times, never swiped / used also. So there is no chance of Card Cloning also. I personally know 3 friends, their debit card was never used / swiped.

                                  Solution to this problem is to block your debit card before you lose your money, and if you are victim to this fraud, then we can form a team to recover our money back.

                                  This is to notify you that there has been a debit card fraud with my ICICI debit card. I have received 2 msgs on my mobile stating that there has been a Debit Card Purchase of an amount equivalent to approx 24,000/-. This cannot happen as neither have i shopped anything online nor have i gone out shopping. the incident happened when i was at home. I have not lost my debit card either as i have the card with me.

                                  I have lodged a complaint with ICICI customer care and have got my card blocked. please suggest what else needs to be done to get my amount back.

                                  i hope this will be taken care soon with improved security measures implemented so that similar incidents do not take place.

                                  Hi, I have my savings account with ICICI bank since last 8 years. on 7th July I got a msg on my mobile that I have made a debit card payment of Rs.4199/- (which was not done by me). I called up customer care and lodged a complaint of fraud. Its been 1.5 months and still no response from bank. I am fed up with such service of this bank. As the time of opening account, they talk to us so gently and at the time of any problem, they harrass us mentally.

                                      My name is Mohankumar. Earlier (6 years back) I worked in a HR consultancy. There we took ICICI bank for salary account. One of my assistant naming Banupriya got a credit card, without knowing how for 10,000 rupees? I have used her card to get a club membership and repaid her the same. Later I quitted that job. After these many years, the ICICI persons are calling me to make payment for her card !?! They told me they have blocked her account. As I have made some online transactions to her account at that time, they told me they can block my ICICI savings account too which I am maintaining regularly. Is it possible? As I dont know where that lady is, should I make payment for them again?

I AVAILED A PERSONAL LOAN OF 3,00,000 ON 26TH NOV THROUGH YOUR BANK REPRESENTATIVE "TANVI". SHE SENT YOUR BANK REPRESENTATIVE "VIRENDRA KUMAR SAHU" TO COLLECT CHEQUES AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PERSONAL LOAN. MY PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNT # LPDEL[protected]. WHEN I SPOKE TO TANVI, I TOLD HER THAT I AM HAVING LOAN REQUIREMENT FOR 5,00,000. LATER I GOT A CALL FROM ICICI BANK STATING THAT MY LOAN IS APPROVED FOR 2,00,000 ONLY WHICH I DECLINED TO ACCEPT. LATER ON, VIRENDER TOLD ME THAT ICICI IS READY TO PROVIDE LOAN OF 3,00,000 PROVIDED I HAVE TO PAY 21,000 FOR INSURANCE COVERING THAT LOAN AND THAT AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME UPON LOAN COMPLETION AND I WILL ALSO GET A RECEIPT FOR THE SAME. I AGREED. WHEN HE CAME TO MY HOUSE TOCOLLECT CHEQUES, HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS NOT SURE TO WHOM THE INSURANCE CHEQUE SHOULD BE PAYABLE AND HE NEED TO CONFIRM THAT FROM ICICI BANK. HE CALLED ICICI MANAGER IN FRONT OF ME AND UNABLE TO GET THROUGH. SO, HE HAD ME SIGNED THE INSURANCE CHEQUE (BLANK CHEQUE) AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL FILL IT UP AFTER CONFIRMING IT WITH ICICI MANAGER AND WILL SEND ME THE SCANNED COPY WITHIN 24 HOURS. I GAVE HIM MY SIGNED BLANK CHEQUE ON BEHALF OF ICICI AS HE CAME TO MY HOUSE ON ICICI BEHALF.

                                        I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RECEIPT FOR MY INSURANCE CHEQUE. THAT CHEQUE WAS PRESENTED FOR 22,800 IN BANK OF INDIA. I WENT TO ICICI ALAKNANDA BRANCH FOLLOWED BY GK-II BRANCH FOLLOWED BY GK-I BRANCH. THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO SUCH INSURANCE COVERING MY LOAN.

                                        FIRST OF ALL, NO ONE FROM ICICI BANK IS CO-OPERATIVE. THEY JUST WANT TO PASS ON THEIR WORK AND NOT WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY.

                                        THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING.

                                        INITIALLY, THEY TOLD ME THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE IN THIS CASE. THEN, THEY HAD ME WRITTEN A COMPLAINT LETTER TO GET THE CHEQUE DETAILS IN GK-I BRANCH ON 27TH DEC AND TOLD THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS, WHICH THEY DIDN'T. I CALLED GK-I BRANCH AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE TOMY COMPLAINT LETTER SO FAR, WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND.

                                        IT SIMPLY INDICATES THAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN HELPING ME OUT.

                                        JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT MY SALARY ACCOUNT IS 2 YEARS OLD IN ICICI BANK. I SWITCHED MY JOB IN JULY 2012 AND I WAS ALSO GETTING OPTION TO HAVE MY SALARY ACCOUNT IN EITHER ICICI, HDFC AND RBS. I MADE UP MY MIND TO CONTINUE WITH ICICI BANK AS MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD WITH YOU GUYS AND I THINK THAT IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE.

                                        I WILL TELL THIS FRAUD CASE TO EACH AND EVERYONE AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO ICICI BANK IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I AM ALSO FILING A CONSUMER COURT CASE AGAINST ICICI BANK FOR THIS ON THIS SATURDAY OR MONDAY.

                                        I WILL ALSO SWITCH MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH ANY OTHER BANK ASAP AND WILL NOT AVAIL ANY SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK.
