Hi - I've applied for ICICI credit card, one month back. All the required documents have been submitted, and I was told that with next 10 days, i'll be receiving the card.

Till date I haven't received it. Please look into this and speed up the process.

    I had an ICICI credit card long ago in 2007. At that time I had close to 30000Rs as balance to pay on my card. Despite of repeated reminders bank did not send me any monthly or quarterly statement. Hence after speaking to customer service multiple times, I decided not to pay the amount as I didn’t know what the bank is charging me for. I got calls from collections and I told the same thing that I need my statement first and then I didn't get any call from them for months. All of a sudden 1 day ICICI calls and says you have to pay 90000INR on your card. They kept charging me all this while despite of repeated reminders to them about me not receiving any statement. Upon telling them the whole story multiple times on each call the collections department says we don’t have any such call record. I being a customer kept running around for them to do their job. I decided not to pay the amount which is not because of my mistake. Then was the CIBIL to which only banks have access to update about customers credibility. I don’t understand why CIBIL doesn’t first verify the facts before putting in such information on their records. I ruin the person’s credibility despite of bank making such mistake individual customers have to bear the consequences. As per CIBIL I was to pay the 90000INR to bank first and then send them the clearance letter so that they can take my name off their record. Many of my friends who have settled their Credit Card issues with the banks still have word “Account Settled” on their CIBIL records because of which no banks gives them any loans if the account is settled with consensus of bank and an individual then the report should have “Account Closed” and not settled. So I am not in favour of paying bank my hard earned money for their mistakes. Most of these institutions have different departments like Customer care, front office, Collections etc none of them are aware of what other team has told customer the customer gets grinded between different departments though all he wants to do is deal with a single identity the bank. then ICICI started threatening me initially then my wife and my in laws to make the payment and when nothing worked one day they found 10000INR in my bank account which was transferred from my wife’s account to my ICICI account for some emergency which I had, being outstation they deducted that in lieu of the money due on credit card. They used abusive language with my In laws and family. Now I have decided that even if I don’t get any loan in my whole life from any bank. I would not pay any bank or any such institution because of their mistakes. Its my hard earned money and is not meant to be splurged on multinational multi-million worth banks mistakes.

      Harassment by recovery agents

      Just now 2 icici bank recovery agents came to my house and were banging the door and shouting a lot. havent taken any icici loan and I am not concerned with it but they still are harassing me and threatening me to take me to basavanagudi police station. His phone number is [protected]. Agents name is Vivek. I do not want any icici recovery agents near my house. Its for a different person. If they break the door will they repair it. House owner...

      I am having an ICICI Bank car Loan against my Maruti WagonR issued in the month of July 2011 with loan number as LAMUM[protected].

      Monthly EMI for Rs 5,266/- debits on 15th of every month. For this time on 15th Feb 2013 my account was short of funds and the debit for EMI bounced.
      On 20th Feb 2013 i have been notified with a SMS that Rs 5695.63 is debited from my account against my car loan EMI which was due and my account balance was left to "0" balance.

      On enquiry with ICICI bank call centre, i have been told that Rs 450/- as a penalty fee for EMI bounce leived on me and hence i will be charged total of Rs 5716/- which I am ok with as my account was short of funds on the EMI date.

      But the not acceptable fact is I have not been informed by ICICI Bank at the time of debit of extra penalty amont of Rs 450/- as this extra amount is debited from your account as EMI bounce penalty. If some debit apart from my knowledge is made from my account, then same should have been notified to me in the Txn SMS/mail.
      I am getting this information after I am calling in fear of some fradulent Txn from my account as account balance went zero "0" by ICICI bank customer care.

      As per government regulations also every debit by bank from account should be notified to the customer with proper reason. which is not happeneing.

      THIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT EXPECTED FROM ICICI BANK.

      ICICI Bank Auto Loan — Double EMI Charge

      Again i spoke and genrate new complient no.[protected] and i am not getting any responce.

      they charge dobuble emi from my account for the month of april_09 and take Cash month of Dec_08
      today May - 10, my money not refund

        This has reference to following "LIFELINK PENSION" schemes of ICICI-Pru in our names:
        1) Policy No. 00375162 in the name of Sudheer S. Mehta, Unique Identification No. 105N003V01
        2) Policy No. 00372781 in the name of Mrs. Rashmi S. Mehta, Unique Identification No. 105N003V01
        We are in receipt of ICICI-Pru letter dated February 13th, 2013 informing us flg.:
        i) ICICI-Pru informed us that our Lifelink Pension had attained maturity on March 27th, 2008.
        ii) that we need to let ICICI-Pru know our decision on the Annuity option, before the maturity of your policy.
        iii) Till then our Annuity payouts cannot start, and our maturity amount will continue to remain invested with ICICI PRU.
        At the outset,I am surprised to read ICICI-Pru comments as:-
        * I was always under the impression that the policy continues to grow based on market rates - in the absence of any advise from ICICI-Pru.
        * ICICI Pru should have clearly informed that this was not the case, therefore, ICICI has been less than fair & transperent and fleecing customers, which need to be reported.
        ICICI-Pru mentioned that policy has matured on March 27th, 2008, but have not paid anything to us till date. Therefore, either the policy value should increase based on market rates or ICICI must pay Bank FD interest for unpaid amounts till date of payment of the annuities.
        Above is important - considering ICICI-Pru statement their letter dtd. Feb. 13th, 2013 : - " Till this time, your maturity amount will continue to remain invested with us". This is clear that ICICI Pru. has drawn advantage from my funds with ICICI Pru.
        No action from ICICI-Pru excepting that we contact their branch and they do not know anything in this regard. Need help solving this issue.

        icici prudential pension plan — Not yet rece any documents related policy

        Respected Sir/ Madam,
        My name is Nitin Kanhoji Tikam. I m working with ADFC capita BPO of HDFC Bank. Last month i rece call from ur agency about investment plan. The product name ICICI PRODUNTIAL PENSION POLICY. I don't able to recall exact name of plan. Plan is i will depositing Rs.1000/- monthely basis for the term 10 years. The maximum period is 3 years. If i collapes policy after 3 years is get maximum amt Rs.2, 80, 000/-. The ur icici produntial staff give me all this information, so i decided to invest in policy. I will sign out all the documents and along with thar i will give sign chq. favouring " ICICI PRODUNTIAL" dated 01/07/2008.
        But due my bad luck, i have face littlie accident due to that i m enable to make any investment in next5-6 months. Even i required more fund to which helps recover me, that'y i decided to discontinoue the policy. I inform the ICICI PRODUNTIAL office about my incident, n say to co-opearte with me, they also say to they will co-opearte me. I will say to them i want to discontinue the policy n i want the refand, they said to me they sent to my request to their senior, that takeplace 5-6 days. After i will again do the call to asking abt the status about my policy. They have to say that my policy kit already dispatch by courier. That in process after rece kit i will take the policy number n than they gave me one phone number to contacted to them n say i want to because necessities i don;t want to continue my policy.
        After that i yet 15 days passed on i not yet rece.any courior n i don;t where my money is moving on. I know this complant is not under u, but i don understood where i go, where i do the enquiry, that'y i need ur help. Pls don;t ignore this mail pls forword to concern dept. I req. imme.fund otherwise i will really died. There is no efficent fund in my account. i will give to u ICICI PRODUNTIAL OFFICE NUMBER. I there talk with Miss. Nasrin[protected]/28956146. She always cooperate with me nicely, but alomg with symphthy i want fund with stuck with ur policy. If my investment make burdon on me, there is no use of such investment.

        icici prudential pension plan — non payment in time

        I have surrendered my pension plans on 15 april 09 for payout . so difficult to get it back i am keep calling all sort of available numbers . I have surrendered all policies together at vashi branch with direct credit to bank option. It seems that one check send by courier but not recieved, one direct credit not yet appearing in bank. Third according to call center is sent to vashi branch . End result as today my money is not yet recieved, what an efficient Bank The ICICI .

        We all have greed of getting more returns . These bank uses it and finally this is the result. I stand corrected for my mistake of choosing to invest in ICICI .
        You need not worry. You have got several co-sailing policy holders from this company. the help line is so unhelpful. their web-site gives all executives but not their contact number not even their email addresses. Had it been from LIC, the IRDA and all agencies on the earth could have raised their voice and television channels could have bomeranged the poor services. all these media agents to have keep silent. otherwise they will give adds to these channels.

          ICICI Credit Card — Threat Calls From ICICI

          My Name is Chander Jeet Yadav, I have an ICICI credit card no. [protected]. I made a request to settle my account in the month of Feb. 2008. Bank executive told me to pay this month min. amt. I will forward ur request to the concerned deptt. after that I made payment for three consecutive months and at last Bank taken the action as mentioned below.
          This is regarding the threat call on the behalf of ICICI Bank which I recd. just few Min's. back(19.12.08) from[protected] and the caller was Mr. Amit. He said to shoot me & my family members along with my two little daughters. He said that ICICI higher authorities have given the instruction that we need our payment, for that either u shoot or threat the customer but atlast we need our payment. I want to give the intimation that if anything happens to anyone of my family then only the ICICI bank will be responsible. So, I request you that if you have any issue with me then pl. come in a legal way in writing. My contact no. is [protected]. This should be treated as an SOS massage. I am in tremendous mental disturbance due to ICICI illegal action. I am faxing one copy to DC gurgaon as the man on the phone told me that he has the licence from DC to shoot anybody.           My name is manish verma and i had your ICICI bank Credit card which i was used long time back due to some financial problem. Now this time i want to pay my dues of same Credit Card in instalment because still i am in some financial crises but i am ready to pay in instalment in INR 2000.00 per month. Now i am getting call from your recovery department from (Mr. Virendra, Mr. kapil and Mr Sanjay) and i am trying to say him that i can pay in INR 2000.00 instalment every month but they are threating me and call to my Manager with abusing and wrong word, now this time situation is depend on my JOB, if i don't have JOB then how can i pay the instalment. Mr. Virendra Theating me that we can do any think with you if you'll not pay money this is serious matter.

          Please check with your recovery department they want to do anything wrong with me.

          i lost my job just because o[censored], the number u were calling was my official number and it was registered on my company name and all the conversation was tapped on a voice logger and now u can only say sorry just a stupid word wht else i can expect.

            My debit card has been swiped twice, called up immediate after the transaction but customer care said it will revert back next day. Many failed attempt to get a customer care response. Is there any other option before filing an FIR against the merchant and the Bank.

              I have lost my ICICI Bank credit card in 2008 and immediately informed to the call center people ,but they didn't block the card and some has used the card in a resort for Rs 13 k ,ICICI says that they didn't block the card and kept on hold y i don't know ....after 2 years one executive came for settlement of the card he saud he will manage the cards and took 5000/- from me.and from there ICICI started harassing me by send people to my home and doing call to all the numbers ,after that they have blocked my saving account with icici .at that time my salary came for Rs 23 k and there is no trace of it ,i called to them they said it has been adjusted for my personal lone and credit card.

              After 5 years i got the statement for Rs 75000 and again started harassing me with fake calls .

              Kindly help me in this regards

                  I have closed ICICI auto loan and got letter stating that there is no dues with the bank. They are not removing the entry from CIBIL and CIBIL records state that I have dues with ICICI. Closing letter attached for reference.

                  Past tow years this is affecting my transaction history. Final I 6K to debt doctor to initiate a dispute.

                  Why ICICI is doing this? Even I feel that CIBIL information not trust worthy.

                  Did you ask before entering CIBIL? If Not, why do you need a request from my side to remove the entry?

                  I expect you to have right process in place.
                  ICICI is saying they have sent the records to close the auto loan CIBIL entry in year 2010 itself.
                  CIBIL is showing an overdue of 9775 still .. even after 3 years.

                  CIBIL May not be having right process..or
                  Some jokers might have written some software programs for cheap cost.

I tried to find out the status of my application through online or by contacting ICICI customer care service number. I was over the call, waiting for customer exec to answer my call, more 30 minutes.                       ICICI bank is simply fraud. When I escalated my issue through consumercomplaints.in, they reverted me that my problem has been solved but when I try to withdraw the amount (they reverted that Rs 6341have been credited), they are not ready to give me this amount and force to close the account and threat to deduct more amount. They are still charging penalties over my account.
                      I've got no intimation at all from ICICI bank limited that any penalties are being imposed by them.
                      This is a clear fraud.
                      ICICI bank is really fraud.

                        This is Darshak Vaghela, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum average balance charges that bank has debited from my account without even notifying their policy changes, if any. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes & quarter period(decrease from 90days to 30days). I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Previously they take the average for a quarter to check the minimum balance but suddenly they changed without any information.
                        Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get in touch with the manager but they say we can't do anything about this.

                        ICICI Bank pvt Ltd — Cheated by giving wrong commitment and took the money

                        Hi,

                        This is Dannie from Arumbakkam, working as a Sales Manager in a Commodity Broking Firm. I have taken a new two wheeler. For the down payment of the vehicle I required fund, so I sold my vehicle to my friend couple of week’s back. Since I required money very urgently he got the money for Finance. He was asking for NOC, so I went to ICICI bank on last Thursday 29th June 2008. They said if I apply, I will receive only on 1st of July (Tuesday). Since my friend got money from Finance, he is paying interest for it. So a person by name Mr. Rajesh (Sales Executive) from ICICI Direct who sits in Southern Motors – Anna Nagar Branch said he will get the NOC in a day’s time and got the payment of Rs. 1690 (Cheque bounce charges of my old vehicle) from me on Friday evening. He committed me that he will give NOC on Saturday evening. So I also committed the same to my friend.

                        But from that day onward Mr. Rajesh switched off his mobile and not responded anything till Wednesday (2nd July 2008). But I was answerable to my friend about the NOC which I dint get. He started shouting on front of my house because he is paying interest for the money he has given to me. On Wednesday morning when I tried his number he picked up the call and said he was out of station, which I felt it was a wag answer. Till Wednesday I was having a problem which I could able to sleep properly and not having a peace of mind because I was pressurised by my friend.

                        Mr. Rajesh told me on Wednesday that he will get it before end of the day. Evening I called he said he paid the money which I have given to him on 29th June 2008 and he have sent his friend to get the NOC from the bank to Ambattur. So I told my friend that I will give NOC by evening. From that time onwards, Mr. Rajesh stopped picking my call. I tried from 5.00pm to 7.00 pm continuously to his mobile, but he dint pick the call. I am totally vexed calling him. I was helpless I couldn’t able to answer my friend; he started asking me to pay the interest for the money I have received form him, so no other go I paid the interest from my hand for doing nothing. I had exam next day which I couldn’t able to concentrate and study. I got mind block because of this.

                        Next day ie on Thursday (3rd July 2008) morning 9.30 am I went to ICICI Bank Anna Salai branch to check whether he paid the money or not. But he dint pay the money which I have given to him. So I paid the money by myself and cleared the money and applied for NOC.

                        Same day I went to Santhome branch of ICICI to raise a complaint against him. I met Mr. Umapathy (Sales Manager) and told him the matter at 4.15pm. He called Mr. Rajesh from his mobile and asked him to come to Santhome immediately. He dint inform Mr. Rajesh that I am there near him. I waited till 5.35pm. Then Mr. Umapathy came to the waiting room and said Mr. Rajesh bike is puncture he will be coming in 10 min and took me to a tea shop to speak casually.




                        After coming down only I came to know him playing game with me. He said Mr. Rajesh found something wrong is going to happen for him and he said definitely he will not come to office. I have a doubt that a Sales Manager is calling from the head office and a executive can’t come and meet him is it? Chanceless, I can’t believe this.

                        Mr. Umapathy took money from the ICICI Bank ATM at 5.50pm and given it to me. He knows very well that I am pissed off. I told him that I don’t want the money, but I have to see Mr. Rajesh face to face. But Mr. Umapathy gave the money to me and sent me home escaping Mr. Rajesh from meeting me. Mr. Umapathy said the thing which Mr. Rajesh did is against law of ICICI Bank; they are going to terminate him. But I don’t think he will do to that. He is trying to safe guard Mr. Rajesh. Mr. Umapathy said he will fix conference call at 8.00 pm. But that also not happened. He is playing excellent drama.

                        One full week I was fully stressed because of Mr. Rajesh and he is enjoying his life with the help of his higher official. Net I am in loss. I have paid interest of Rs. 3000 to the financer and not met Mr. Rajesh and not spoken to him. I dint went to Sathome to get the money of Rs. 1690. I went there to raise complaint about their employee. But the higher official safe guarded him. So I am going to raise a case against to the people involved in this. I may go to consumer court. If I dint get justice from the ICICI Bank. Mr. Rajesh has not felt for me complaining in head office. I have the proof for that. Is ICICI is running the business with this kind of fraud people? That too this happened in the head office, really disgusting. Whomever reads this complaint please help me out. I have good opinion on ICICI Bank. I hope at least this time I will not be cheated.

                          I have stayed in Hotel Shivalik View , Chandigarh on 10th Feb and made payment by Credit card. I recd sms about this transaction.

                          I am surprised that same transaction repeated again on 12th and 13th Feb while I have not made any transaction in that hotel. I recd sms about this transaction on 12th and 13th Feb. I contacted the hotel but they are saying to check with ICICI bank.

                          Amount is being debited to me for these two transactions inspite of that I have not made any transaction.

                            Sir,
                            My name is Suvarna,I was travelling in bus from Hope farm to Sompura Gate on 6 – Feb- 2013 around 5:30pm. After buying the bus ticket I was holding my wallet for change from conductor, and then it slipped from my hand. I didn’t realize. I started receiving SMS on my mobile about withdrawal of amount from my account at 5:49pm, when I was in the bus. I was panicked and checked my bag, understood that my wallet was lost. By the time I was trying to get my bank ICICI call center no, someone has misused my card and 7 consecutive fraudulent transactions of total amount Rs.50,000 /- on date 6th FEB 2013 at around 5:48 PM were made from my card.

                            I have reported the incident on 6th Feb, 6:30PM in nearby police station Sarjapur , sequence No 64/13. I went to bank on 7th Feb 2013 and they suggested me to raise the FIR to progress on complaint SR[protected]. It was found that fraudulent transactions happened on white field main road. The Sarjapur Police said that FIR should be raised at nearest the police station where the incident happened.

                            Below are my details of the incident. Please help me in retrieving the lost valuables & money.

                            INK93380– During 6th Feb 18:13 pm around & 7th Feb 10 am around

                            Unfortunately the police is not filing the complaint where the incident is happened, and where I reported not falling in the limits of them.

                            I request the bank to provide the NON ICICI bank details of the ATM code - BLRON572 .
                            So that i shall follow up with that bank to get the CCTV footage.

                            I would like to ask the BANK:-
                            How secure is the lost debit card, I was wondering the no of similar cases happened and the no of victims who lost their money.

                            - Limit the amount to 30,000 as other banks.
                            - More than 10,000 don’t allow to draw in other ATM without any further authorization code from the account holder.
                            - Free shopping using debit card, no limit or authorization of the account holder.
                            - No tracking system on the card , so that it can be tracked when lost.
                            - Limit the no of ATM drawings & without any further authorization code from the account holder.
                            - Similar to OTP (one time password ) for online banking there should be some check for debit card also
                            - There should central database of ATM codes and addresses.


                            Really it’s very pathetic, being a 8yrs old customer I faced such incident and people are not supportive to provide the information.

                            How com give a ATM code , address is not known if it is NON ICICI bank.

                            It’s not only losing the card , if someone put knife point and can easily take 50,000 if above checks are not given. HOW SECURE ARE WE? Y ICICI IS NOT TAKING ANY SECURITY MESURES ON DEBIT CARD.

                            It would be very grate ful, if the BANK details of BLRON572 ATM center. Which is on white field road ,Bangalore .

                            kotak atm whitefield, police are involved this type of theft also, nothings happened, here police are very lazy, banks dont hear anything/action, not agree to give video footage without police. nothings happen many complaints... sab sale chor chor hai..

                              This is about the Loan Account Number:LPHYD[protected] for which a loan amount of Rs.4,50,000/- has been sanctioned and credited to my ICICI account number:[protected].

                              This is with utter dismay that I'm forced to draft this e-mail. To explain the issue in detail:

                              I had been initially contacted by a representative named LAXMI from ANDROMEDA, Deals and Loans. After a basic negotiation with both the 3rd party employee and Kalyan (ICICI Bank Employee), I had been promised a loan amount of RS. 4,50,000 for an interest of 15.25%, tenure of 3 years and processing fee of 2%. Apart from this, I've also been informed that if i pre-close the loan account before the completion of the tenure, there would be no pre-close charges applicable.

                              However, after the amount has been credited, I realize that I had been deceived on the promise made to me. An interest of 17% and processing fee of 2.5% has been levied.

                              After all these set of promises, what I feel is that ICICI has just tried to lure me with false promises. I'm shocked if this is the kind of commitment that ICICI bank provides to its customers which left me in complete disappointment. It is fine even if a commitment is not made. But when commitments are broken, it definitely doesn't make a good mark on the kind of Customer Relationship the bank is trying to maintain.

                              At this juncture I would demand rather than request that the original interest rate be applied to the loan amount as promised before signing the agreement.

                              Hope, I'm not left wandering without a clarity on what needs to be done next.

                              Also, I would like to emphasize that I would not proceed with the payment of my 1st installment until and unless the promised interest rate is levied.

                              ICICI Bank Pvt. Ltd. — Failure of ATM to vend money (Rs. 20000)

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              I tried to withdraw Rs.20000/- from ICICI ATM in RPC layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore on 21st January 2010 with my
                              ICICI Debit Card. Money has not been dispensed by the ATM but amount has
                              been debited from my ICICI A/C no[protected]. I made a complaint at ICICI customer care immeadiately(SR no [protected])..They are simply telling me that the request will be processed within 7 working days. They are not assuring me that the money will be credited.


                              Kindly help me to get my own money which been debited.

                                  Sir ICICIbank is cheating me as when i am paying my installment regularly then there is no question to renew the loan account if bank feels such requirement thay should intimate me or can deduct their charges from my deposited installment. so please you are requested to look into the matter and get my gold from ICICI BANK SHIMLA BRANCH and i am ready to pay all outstanding amount of my loan in one installment.

                                    I am extremely sorry to write such kind of letter. But i am forced to do so because of the irresponsible behavior from the faculties of ICICI BANK (status) regarding car loan

                                    first when i approached for a loan the interest they told me was 10.75% with rupees 5621, which was not on the correct calculation. when i consulted them regarding this, they replied me that it is automatically calculated by the computer. The next month the rate was 11.15%. But then too the amount they mentioned was not of correct calculation. At least when the paper arrived to me was with rat % 12.76 which has the correct calculation of the amount for monthly payment.

                                    The other day when i went to the bank they made me to wait for a long time and no response came from them, then i have to go out without any reply.

                                    Please take care that this kind of a behavior from the faculties may reflect in you service which may inversely reflect in your reputation in service.

                                    ICICI Bank-Credit cards — Irresponsible behaviour of the bank credit cards team

                                    I have closed the credit card from ICICI bank during the month jun 2008. And i recd teh card closure letter from the bank. However, after 1 and half year, theya re again calling that the card has not be closed and it si active.

                                    Since then i have been getting the calls and mentally harassing me like anything.

                                    I had availed a personal loan for rupees 50, 000 (Fifty thousand Only) somewhere in 2007,
                                    first when i approached for a loan the interest they told me was 14% & after two months i recevied the statement checked 36 monts & EMI 2706/-
                                    i have calculated the EMI+months then i came to know interst rate 50.01%(fixed).when i consulted them regarding this, they replied me that it is automatically calculated by the computer.I was shoked and i called icici bank, they said u can't do anything now u have to pay the money or Pay 6 months then go for close.
                                    Paid 10 EMI & loss the JOB went home town forming at village.
                                    after 3years bank person called and said u have loan EMI pending u need to PAY, i explained the thing and he said no worry pay the all overdue & interst+ check bounse charges(84K).
                                    i said i don't have that much moneyi am not working, i[censored] r not paying this money we will notice to laywer.after that i came to know they added my name in CIBIL report.
                                    This is How ICICI bank is cheating customers & making money.

                                    now they are asking me to pay amount 2L.

                                    what is the way to remove the name from CIBIL? if paying only pricipal amount? interst? total?
                                    since 2L is for me it's hugh money, for me it will take another 2 years close.

                                    i have contacted so many time to icic bank for closing this loan no one not given good resonse & i have the document when we contacted & who are all(those are not working now)
                                    every 2 months peoples are calling to saying the same thing.

                                      I am a very old customer of ICICI Bank more than 12 years. I open a demat account for share trading. With this demat account I get this saving account which is[protected].However, I see in my statement that the bank has charged me a MAB charge of Rs. 393.26 .I am very sorry to say that I do not expect this from a bank as ICICI. Because I opened the demat account with ICICI and for this I pay amount annually. This is bad tactic by your bank.Can you tell me How can I use demat account without saving account .
