I want to settle my ICICI Credit card amount immediately, but sorry to say, I had already visited ICICI Kolkata Park Street Branch for the same and meet with their officials three times, as advised by call center personnel. If required I will disclose their names who are not doing solution intentionally.

After a several request they are not ready to settle my account. My Credit Card no. [protected]

Please advise accordingly, otherwise I will go to the consumer court and sue against above said three officials.

Below are my credit card and ICICI bank details for your reference. Every year I get a call from ICICI bank representative and ask me to settle the credit card. I use to explain the story behind what happened and also request them to make a note for future reference, if some body is calling me why I'm not making payment. I visited several time to bank (branches in Nampaly, gachbowli in hyderabad) personally to talk regarding this, but I did not get help any time. I have all the proofs and email that I've been communicating to ICICI bank officials. This issues and discussion started when my credit card total limit is 52K and used limit was 35K. Also ICICI bank has debited 24K from my saving account in 2008. Currently the credit card total due amount is showing 82K.

i have credit card in icici bank, i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

This is Shawood Buksh and I too want to settle my credit card dues.

However, I won't be able to pay entire due amount (as of 12.04.2019 Rs. 22, 900/-). My credit limit is Rs. 20, 000/-.

I am financially broke and cannot pay the mentioned dues.

Is there anyone who can help me to surrender the credit card and reduce the credit card dues so that it will be convenient for me to repay.

Hi my name is Sangeetha, my card ending no is 8005, due to covid 19Lockdown we couldn't pay d dues, but without intimation my card is blocked, last week Chennai ambattur branch one staff is called regarding this payment, she told ur outstanding bill is 1, 04000, she told you can pay only 75000 amount, for waiver, and no need to pay Emi, thatsy we already paid 75000, but still couldn't update my payment and lien account also not clear, customer care collection department told you have to pay full amount, so who will I can believe, whether from ambattur branch or collection team, due to this we we suffered a lot and lien account also not clear, credit card also still blocked, so what is the solution of this, actually Icici I have full faith, but this icicibank customer care collection team are very very worst and not giving proper answer, bcos of this one totally not satisfied and time is waste, Actually we r good customer and good transaction, but due to this one totally affected and not satisfied so please clear my issues, and unblock my credit card and lien account, and also we called many times Chennai ambattur branch that staff, she not picking d call, that staff name is Nandhini, mobile no is -[protected], customer care told she only given to me wrong information for waiver have to pay without emi, so still we confused, please clear my issues
