I want to update my mobile number for credit card. but they people are like I should call on customer care, customer care saying I should talk to branch... I don't understand its my credit card, its my mobile number. why they people are taking this much of time. Now, their it leads to comparison

Hi,ICICI bank provides the worst services to the users. From past six months I am facing problem with Mobile banking. There are unable to update my new number for Mobile banking, the worst part is they asked to walk in to different branches for 5 times. Though they took six months, still they are unable to rectify my problem. I gave N number of complaints to ICICI customer care, no help from them too. Thinking to withdraw my account from the waste service provider ICICI bank.
