[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card Recovery — HARASSMENT

I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. Sanjay[protected] working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Mumbai. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstandings are around 22,000 as settlement figure... i have not denied paying the same but asked to wait till next month as i am tied up with some other commitments....
But now I am getting HARRASING THREATS and abuses from ICICI Bank recovery team Mr. Sanjay to pay the amount. Even he started calling at my office phone and doing misbehave with the staff members. He has no rights to abuse either me or my office team this way. This is really annoying and ridiculous to call on office numbers. I got 15 calls today itself from[protected].

Please take a quick action against him or my office will lodge a police complaint against him as they have telephonic recordings against him abusing everyone on the phone.

I was supposed to settle my Credit Card dues in the month of May 2013 but unfortunately due to a death of my family member I was not able to do the same as financially I lost a lot of money in the medical emergency period.
I have already communicated the same incident to the caller Mr. Ravi ([protected]).
I have also communicated that unfortunately it happened to me and i have not been able to close the Credit Card Account and will be closing it by mid July.
Instead he is now pressurizing me that IF YOU DO NOT SETTLE ON OR BEFORE 30TH JUNE, 2013 YOUR SETTLEMENT FIGURE WILL BE RE-STRUCTURED DUE TO CHANGE IN ICICI BANK POLICY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE 15-20 K RUPEES TO SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT…….SO PLEASE HURRY UP !!!
I want to know why this new negative tactic is being used against me by your team members of pressurizing to settle fast when I am running through such bad period in life ? I have not refused to pay neither now nor before so why pressurizing this way ?
Please understand my position and wait for some more period so that I can stabilize myself to settle your dues of Rs 22, 577/- by next month.
Requesting you do not harass that way.

Complain against Harassment For Credit Card Payment (Card No. [protected]) .


As the above topic suggest, I hereby want to complain against the collection agencies of ICICI Credit card. I have been issue in my name (Anil Chopra) in the year 2006, Card No. [protected], I want to bring to your notice that I had taken a credit of Rs 19000/- through this card and have already made a payment of Rs 28, 830/- for the same. Still I have been getting harassing calls to make more payment on the card. As on date they want me to make the payment of Rs 55000/- . I fail to understand that how has such amount come up in my account.

I have been getting harassing calls from the agency asking for the money, they have been abusing my Mother, my wife and my Kids. They also said bad words to my daughter like they would kidnap her. I am quiet worried on this and would want you to help us on this. I am a heart patient; my family is being bothered and harassed by your people. I have already paid whatever I could on this account and would not be able to pay anymore.

I hope this letter of mine would be taken seriously and I would be helped in some or the other way.

ICICIBANK — credit card harrasment on phone

due to i lost big amount on share market and business. but i told bank i will be arrenge and settle or clear amount due on after 9 months.

but bank credit card staff daily 9 call and harrasement on coming on my home in my family.

last 3 months i have totaly mantlly thinking that SUCIDE. but thinking on family.

I WAS RETIRE ON 1996... but before how they given credit card, personal loan. each bank fault not accepted. why they can now harrase on my NO ANY INCOME RIGHT NOW, NO PROPER HELP FOR ME.

if now i will be SUCIDE. TOTALY RESPONSIBLE ICICI BANK LIMITED. due to not proper customer care.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Harassment by ICICI credit card company

Harrasment by ICICI bank credit card company

On Nov27, 08, i got 5 sms on my mob about 5 paymts made using my icici credit card. All 5paymts, total 23000/. were made to a same party.I was shockd asi did not do any paymts & i have no relation with the party to whom paymts were made.On calling cust care, they told that paymts were made thro internet & advised me to fax a dispute letter to the card issuing bank along with service request number they alloted to this complaint.They assured that the dispute will be resolvd in 1 month & i need not send any cheque till dispute is solvd.Since i did not getany response even after 1month, i again called the cust cell to update me about the status of the dispute.They told they have not recvd any fax and asked me refax the same dispute letter. Again 15 days after refaxing, they told they have not recevd any fax.They told perhaps their fax section being overloaded may be the reason and gave me another fax number this time.I again faxed to both old and new numbers. Again on calling after after some days they told they haven't recd any fax and gave me one more new fax number.So far i have faxed 6-7 times, but no avail.But i get paymt/overdue remindrs.They send home collection agents.Can i file legal proceedng &claim compensn for harrasment and violation of FairCreditReportingAct and fare debit act. What Proofs do i need. My family is very much scared about this issue causing us psychological tension.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — After settlemet creating harrasement over phone

Respected Sir/ Madam

I had one ICICI Bank credit Card for a long period . Due to my financial crunch I had requested them to settle my account for which they have issued me a settlement letter for Rs. 35, 000.00 bearing no. KOL-ICEASKOL/032009/2808/2 . Sir as per the letter I had paid every installment & clear my dues.
But from last One month they are harrasing us & told me to pay again as that settlement in not valid and also aksed to visit their bank.

i like to inform that i had credit card, due to my financial problem i was not able to pay the credit card, resently i have cleared 18k, as per my knowledge my usage of the card was around 7000/- but bankers has killed me by putting interest & other charges now icici bank giving me threating call that the they have issued warrant against me.

Presently i am not in job i am requesting the banker give me sometime but bankers still giving threating calls.

I, Raj maurya would like to make u know that i m facing mentally harshment from ICICI credit card Recovery Agent...as they say that ur friend who had defaulted payment had given your address as a correspondent address..he had defaulted bank payment & know u r liable to the same.

I m already asked lawyer regarding this Matter, he had suggested me to make a police complaint towards bank, is this a right step.

ICICI Credit Card — Harassment for ICICI credit card

Dear Sir,

I had one ICICI Amex credit card 3 years back, but i do not remember my correct Credit card number since i had not used any time for any transaction, any where. I had broken and damaged that card long back. Today suddenly I got a call by a unknown person named Rajeswaram and vinod mishra called from mobile no [protected] and he was blaming and charging me harshly saying that you have an unbailable warant by your name, since you have not paid the due amount on credit card no[protected] which is by your name. As i already mentioned above that i have totally forgot my credit card no which i had long back, so i am not sure whether that person is saying the correct credit card no or not.

But i am hundred 100%(hundred percent) sure that i have never used ICICI credit card in my life for any transaction. This is mental harrashment/torture for any common/honest man who gets a call like this saying that you will be arrested tommorrow as arrest warant has been issued by your name. You can not believe that my whole family has been totally disturbed after this accident.

Please look into this issue seriously and it is my humble request to resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is creating a lots of pressure and unhappiness unnecessarily for my entire family and me.

ICICI Credit Card — Harassment

Dear Sir,

I am really disappointed with the way ICICI dealing with their customers. For the last 2months I am chasing ICICI ans asking them to collect money as I want full and final of the card. I was was told by Mr Rawat in Noida Branch in July 09 to pay amt of 3750 and the final lum sum amount in feb-mar 10. And I agreed upon that . In Jan again I was told to clear amount of Rs, 40000 in one installment and they will give me letter for full and final. After that Mr Rawat disappeared. and then Neeraj came in the picture. He said he is trying for full and final letter from Bombay and Bombay office not sending reply. Then after that he also disappeared. Now Mr Mukesh from legal cell now dealing with me now he is asking to pay Rs 60,000.
And he also now not picking up the phone. Every day these peopleare coming up with new storeiesand not ready togive meanything in written while I am ready to pay them.

My only point is why should I pay more interest because of ICICI delay.And why ICICI sending me legal letter while I am ready to pay them advises by theminitially.

Please look into this matter.

ICICI Bank — harrasment on phone

One employee called himself mr manoj having mobile no.[protected] & [protected] was following up for personal loan payment from last month. i assured him that i will pay the monthly installment every month as i am not in position to do the settlement he agreed for it and i already paid the installment of that month. Suddenly he called yesterday on my wife's mobile and when i started to talk to him he started to use foul language and he demanded that i should send my wife for one night to him and he will repay my loan which is clear case for harassment

Hi I was a very loyal and pleased customer of ICICI Credit Card until today date-06/10/10 I called Customer Care between 1.20am to 1.30 am where I talked to Sudhir Kumar(Dont know if name is genuine) was extremely rude. All I asked was to change my address. He said I entered the wrong cvv code but I entered it correctely. He said he cant do anything right now and asked me to callback in the morning. I asked if there is any other way to do it as I said I cant wait till morning. He replied,"If you cant wait, nobody can do anything." And it was said in a extremely rude tone.I asked him to be polite but was not.I asked if I can speak to someone else who is polite enough to hear me.He shouted back saying he will not transfer to supervisor.I didnt ask for a supervisor but someone else who is polite to hear his customer. Kept arguing and when I couldnot take anymore of his crap,I wished him a good day and said will call back later. I was shocked to hear him say "YOU ALSO GO TO HELL".I dont know if ICICI bank is going to seriously take time to read this and take any action to get better Cust Care Executives in order to retain their loyal customers that they have, and continue to carry their legacy o[censored]tmost service that this bank provides to higher level.I am not mad at the Bank but yes I am personally hurt by what this Executive have said which is sure to ruin ICICI Bank's Repute.I will be grateful if someone does something appropriate that makes a Customer feel he is cared.
