[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — discrepancy in atm withdrawal

"My complaint towards icici bank is still pending from dte 10/3/2012,the sr no[protected],registered with customercare of icici bank There was discrepancy in atm withdrawal and it was aslo brought to the notice of branch staff at kilpauk and assurance was given that my a/c would be credited in 2 days,but till date no revert from the bank side,I was aslo told by staff Mr Sridhar that they had received many complaints about the atm machine and replacement notice was too given,and also that atm machine can dispense 40 notes at one time I placed req 4 250000rs,but amt dispenced was 20000rs at kilpuk atm Hence I request the concerned authority to take action and do the needfull Thankingyou, Hema

ICICI Bank — discrepancy in atm withdrawal

sir.this is to draw your kind attension on to the fact that at 9th of may ,2011 i have used the punjab national bank atm at[protected] with the atm code of D5417100 with my icici atm card. i have tried to withdraw the amount of 10,000 from that atm.The atm slip shows the transcation is diclined but i did not received any cash from the same atm. when i have checked from other atm it showed 10,000 less balance in my account kindly see into the matter and try to refund my hard earned money back to me.
