I also got Gift card loaded with 2000 Rs. I spent half money but when I went to shop with same card, merchant asked me for PIN which I didn't knew..Then I attempted to register card online but date of birth or smthng didn't match..i repeated same n was told card is blocked. What to do?

I want to check the balance for my ICICI Gift card and not able to get through to the customer care helpline after holding the line for almost 2-3 minutes. Please let me know if there any easy way to do this.
