dear sir,

i had financed H.H PASSION(UP32 AH4060) from TATA FINANCE TWO WHEELER,chintal house stn. road lko, and i have paid totally EMI"s before due date.At the same time i demanded our N.O.C. there was suggested to me that, in a period of 15days the N.O.C. should be delivered,but as such the company not sent me N.O.C. yet 11/03/13,and when i went to the bank for N.O.C.,then there i know that the TATA FINANCE TWO WHEELER has been shifted in ICICI bank shalimar tower hajratganj lko.., and when i went ICICI bank for N.O.C. there was i shocked because they shows me that your 4000+Rs. balance,and that is reason why you could not get your N.O.C., dear sir suddenly i gave them FULL PAYMENT SLIP, they said sorry mr. you have to be pay that amount otherwise bank cant give you n.o.c., i tolled them sir i have paid full payment before date, your this objection is totally unfair, i have totally paid all payment, and that is why i got full and final slip from finance co. sir i discusses a lot, (i am become tired because almost 20time i went ICICI bank for my N.O.C. and there i run this poll to this poll) the ICICI bank always makes me fool, they harass my mental level. and now i am not eligible to struggle or any more ..! hope fully sir u will give me real justice.

I made my last statement(January 2013 month) credit card bill through HDFC bank net banking gateway on 18th Feb 2013. The amount was not credited in my credit card account. The amount(Rs.12,253.89/-) was debited from my savings bank account (HDFC Bank). I have raised thee same issue withe my savings...

      This complaint pertains to my credit card that I was holding in 2002-03. Card number is [protected]. In the statement dated December 2002, ICICI bank charged annual fee of 750+375(for primary and secondary card). I spoke to their customer service team and told them that I would want to discontinue the card but they promised me that Ci could continue using the card and the charges would be reversed. I made the payment against statement of December 2002, deducting the annual fee and service tax of rs. 19. Interest was charged from the following month (i.e statement of January 2003 ) . On again following up with their customer service team, reversal of rs. 375 was made in the statement of Feb 2003, along with interest charges pertaining to that card. Please note that the reversal for the primary card of rs. 750 was not made. The reversal of Rs. 750 was made in the statement of March 2003, but the INTEREST CHARGES WERE NOT REVERSED. This interest amount kept growing and finally in September 2003, I decided to stop using that card. Every month, i made payments for all purchases made on the card and ignored the interest amount. Subsequently, there was a late payment charged and interest levied every month until September 2004 . Also, annual fee of Rs. 750 was charged in December 2003. All this interest amount and late payment fee amounted to Rs. 7964.22. My grievance is that the reversal of annual fee should have been made along with the interest amount in the beginning. Sometime in November 2012, I received a letter from the bank about Lien and that I should contact their customer service team if I had any dispute. I visited their office in Koramangala on 15th November 2012 and was told to contact one Mr. Jayaprakash[protected]. I wrote to him giving a month-by-month statement and highlighted my contention in those mails. No action was taken by him until MID January 2013, when he wrote to me and asked me to get in touch with Deepak Raj[protected]. Meanwhile ICICI debited Rs. 7964.22 in my savings account on 15th January 2013. This was grossly wrong, since this amount was disputed and I was in touch with their team at that time. I met with Deepak again and he assured me that the amount will be credited back into my account, and then the issue of wrong charges will be studied and resolved. Nothing has happened till date. I have the statements of that period and also all email exchanges had with them.

      ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Not need of ICICI Lombrd

      I have got a call for the Product ICICI Lombrd insurance for that first i have cancelled the card. but after force he told me to take the mediclaim card. But afterwards he told me that he will cancelled my lombard insurance cards. I dont need the card because I already have the card from my company for Medicaim Purpose.
      In ICICI Lombard the person are working they are forcing to take the insurance. The ICICI Credit limit has been reduce to 24000/- which the limit is Rs 35000/-
      If this is your working then I think I will return the credit card to the mumbai office. I can cancelled the card please give me the address for sending me back the card. Which i think I did not Need to have the Card. Please take action as soon as possible and mail me. The Person call me from Mumbai -phone no[protected]

      ICICI Bank Credit Cards — unauthorised transfer of money to ICICI Prulife

      I hold a credit card of ICICI bank and on 30th of august'08, when i was at home i received an sms that Rs.6102 has been sucessfully transfered to ICICI prulife insurance. While i had never applied for insurance or used teh credit card for the past one month the auto debit using my credit card was not authorised by me. This is a fraud against not notifying a customer .Also i had sent a letter to ICICI credit card division in chennai - ambattur, which returned back mentioning that "refuced to accept".
      The louziest website of ICICI bank does not allows to lodge a complaint as page does not open at all. The phone banking officer of ICICI just keeps the phone after we make a complaint idle for more than 9 times this week.
      Please help me to reverse the money debited

      ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Card not upgraded

      I have called ICICI bank credit card people many times for either upgrading my ICICI gold credit card to ICICI Titanium card or just issue me new ICICI Titanium card but there is no response from them anytime.
      Last time when i approached some representative for issueing ICICI Titanium card, they came and collected all the details like Photo id etc from me and said that you will recieve ICICI Titanium card in some days. but still there is no response from last 3 months.

      this is to inform you that i m facing problem with ICICI lambord department and ICICI credit card dept.

      on telephone discussion with ICICI lambord department about health insurance policy ... I had given request for 1 policy but they had issue me 2 policy on same date. after that the premium amount of both policy was debited in my credit card acccount. when the 1st stmt come ...i called ICICI lombard department why u had issued me 2 policy instead of 1...they told thats our mistake we will rectified it and cancelled the same...and i told them i will not pay extra premium amount of that policy...they told me if iwill not pay that amount ICICI credit card department peoples will cancelled my account...so pl make payment we will reversed it on your account or adjust in your next premium...i told them if you will not reveresd amount i will cancelled my policy and will not pay any amount to you releated to Lombard department.

      but in next month again the same premium they were debiting ...after that i called them and said to cancelled my policy...they had cancelled and debit cancellation charges in my account that i wll not paid...these are hidden charges which they had debit to me...now credit card dept peoples charged penalty and interest to me day by day...i told them this mistake done by lombard dept. but there is no positive respnse from lomabrd and credit card deprments.

      pl help me to clear my accounts... and i will not pay any amount related with ICICI lombard dept or credit card dept (like penality charges, cancellation charges, interests, late fees charges etc)

      my salary account has been debited and i cant get through to anybody in the collection department to remove the lien. i want them to deduct the money but nobody is able to guide me from customer care about whom to contact.

      Through my credit card no [protected] i purchased goods on 18/06/2007, payment of this is made before due date, but icici bank is charging intt as well other charges.
      this goods was purchased from e zone under no intt scheme by using icici bank credit card and to be paid in six intt free installments, even i paid this amount in lump sum and before due date, why icici bank is charging intt as well other charges.
      many times i contact at customer care and send email at headcustomercare at icici bank but no fruitful answer given by icici bank.
      i will complaint at RBI (banking ombusdman) if my all charges will no reversed .

      ICICI Bank — credit card debit

      my credit card is block since oct 2007, due to misuse, unkonwn internet transaction, due amt was 1550 since 2007 till it reached to 30, 000

      ICICI Bank — Incorrect charges

      Today I went to ICICI bank branch at Cannt area, Dehradun. I want to cancel the account[protected] but they said there is some negative charge of Rs 876.00 due to non-maintainance of minimum amount. I had called them up for the same in the month of November (tentatively). This is completely fraud as this account was corporate account and not opened by me, I never asked you to open this account. Account was opened by Saffron company and not me in the month on July 2005 and I left the company within a month or 2. I am not liable to pay ICICI bank any charges for womething which they never informed me despite asking their call Center.

      Please suggest how to revert these charges and cancel the account immediately. Can I ask RBI to intervene here? and can someone take some harsh steps against such fraud banks?

      ICICI Credit Card — STAEMENT NOT RECEIVED AND WRONG DEBITS

      my card no is [protected]. I have not received statements for many months and years. I am an NRI not using my card at all. Lastly i used in may 08. However everymonth my account is debited with Rs.150-200. I do not know what the debit is due to? The phone banking is a total waste of time and criminal waste of everything.I do not know where to complain about this? will you please help me?

      credit cards — say good bye to credit cards

      I request the all marchent establishment and online shopping web sites to accept the Internet Banking or Debit card payments to reduce the usage of Credit cards. I dont have any credit cards and so far i have refused so many credit card offers, but many times i faced problems due to the non acceptence of debit cards or Internet banking payments by some of marchent establishments or online payment websites.

      Recently i applied for some credit cards, but all are asking for a existance of credit card or more take home salary as eligiblity creteria.

      So i request all the establishments and online payment websites to accept the Internet banking a/c and debit card payments.

      ICICI Bank Credit Card — debiting wrong amount in the statements again and again

      I have been paying my ICICI credit card bills regularly for last 4 years.
      In July 2008 I paid one such credit card bill through my ICICI savings account (Cheque no.205728) for Rs.14351/-.
      To my surprise I was debited the same amount in my October'08 credit card statement with the reference of the chq no.saying "payment reversed".
      I lodged a complaint to ICICI customer care and asked for root cause, corrective action and compensation.
      I received an apology and instruction of reversal of the amount Rs.14351/-
      NOW, again I received the Feb'09 statement saying Rs.14351/- is debited on 05/02/2009 cheque no.205728 and the reason CHEQUE PAYMENT REVERSAL WHICH DOES NOT REFLECT IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT STATEMENT ANYWHERE FROM JULY'08.
      I am tired of this ordeal and demand suitable compensation as this is the second time the same mistake is taking place.
      Please tell me the right approach and the place where I can take this case in NASHIK.

      Debit and credit cards — using debit cards as credit cards

      It should be impossible for anyone to use a debit card as a credit card. If debit cards had 17 numbers
      and credit cards had 16 numbers or vice versa, I think this would solve the problem with unauthorized users using a debit card as a credit card. The carding machine would alert the cashier if a PIN is needed. If both cards required a PIN, that would be another solution. It shouldn't be so easy to use a debit as a credit card!

      ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Irrelevant charges

      I have not been receiving the physical statement for my credit card no. [protected] since September 08. and there for the payments for the same was not made on time. this was conveyed to the bank in the month of Jaunary 09 by then they had levied late payment charges. on explaining the situation they had agreed and reveresed the charges, but only for one month. Then again the same problem occured in the month of Feb. So i informed the bank to cancel the card. They asked me to clear the outstanding. So i droped a cheque for Rs. 4355 total outstanding on 17th feb 09. This cheque was not credited to my card account till 25th. So i called up the bank and as per their instruction i issued a stop payment for my previous cheque and made the fresh payment. Then on 26 i recd a message that they have deposited my previous cheque so i called again that they had asked me make stop payment so they should not deposit the cheque and fresh online payment is already made. but the cheque was deposited and it was returned due to stop payment. They have levied late payment fees for Feb and cheque return charges. Today when i called they tell me that the card has been can celled and now nothing can be done.

      in month of august 08statement late payment charge 600 Rs but i had already paid before 8th unfortrunately it was recieved on 9th that 1 day is called late payment. so in sep i paid after deducting this amount . insted of Rs 7777 i paind 7200. in month of sep Rs 1545 is intrest chrage is their so hw this intrest is chrge and what for it was chrged. for that i talked to your customercare with some one. he told he will reply and it will be solved then after every month that amount i deducted and paid my actual amount. this is continue every month i tried to contract local in rajkot credit card office but they are unable to solve mnmy problem.so you are requested do needful as erliest

      I have sent mail about 10 days back regarding credit not being given to my card payment of Rs. 15561.17 issued by me vide ch 650011of corporation bank Saarakki lay out branch Bangalore 78, during june 2008. The amount was credited to my SB account on 9th july 2008. My credit card No. is [protected] .

      I may mention here your bank has been taking this matter very casually. I It only goes to show the type of inrest regard the bank has towards regular cutomers.

      I am Rajkumar, working in TCS at Infocity.when I went to take 300 Rs from my account on[protected], ATM showed that as wrong pin number.Even though I entered right pin number it again showed the same message.I thought some proplem in my transaction.After that Today[protected] when i went to take 400 Rs from my account, amount did nt come from ATM.But while checking the balance enquiry totally 700 Rs had gone but i did nt get any money.Please verify my account and credit my money.I hope you will take necessary steps regarding this information.

      ICICI Bank Credit Card — levy of interest and service tax

      Dear Sir,

      We have sent our complaints thru emails so many times regarding reversal of interest, though we have always made payment of actual amount due total and not minimum and that also before due date, even then they have levied interest and penalty and kept on adding that amount every month since last 6 to 8 months.

      We have spoken to customer care dept. alsor regarding this matter, but no response and finally we thought of stop using services so we have made full and final amount of loan amount due in our credit cards till date by chq.

      Even then we are getting their statements asking for payments. We are really annoyed and so much time is wasted explaining them because each time there executive keeps on changing and finally we dont get proper response from them.

      Looking at the situation, we have forwarded our complaint to you with a hope that you will definitely try to help us out to resolve this issue.

      We have got so many other credit card like american express, jet airways, deutsche bank, standard chartered bank. but we dont have any issue like this in these credit cards.

      So once again we hereby request you to co-operate us .

      Credit Card — Wrong debit of annual charges to the account

      I find that a debit for annual charges has been given to my credit card account No.[protected]. I am not interested in continuing the card if there are annual charges being debited to my account. Please reverse the same at the earliest and do the needful.
      My Credit Card No. is [protected] I am not satisfied with your services. My credit card balance on May 2008 is 22203.53 against I have issued cheque amounted Rs 22203.53 on 14.6.2008 bearing the cheque No. 133647 drawn on HDFC Bank kurla Branch. Cheque has been cleared on 19.6.08 from my account & it also reflects in July statement also. But in the statement of Feb. 2009 the same amount has been made reversal otherwise My Actual outsantannding is Rs. 9167.82. I have so many times called on customer care for this query but I don’t get proper feed back. In last week we personally meet Mrs. Ritika Gupata at J.B. Nagar branch about this issue, she told she will solved the problem in 10 days but still I have not received any reply & yet not in contact. I have also try the No. given by your letter that is 40093882 but its only ringing.
      There is frequent call for the payments only. My personal saving Account also has been sealed.

      ICICI Credit Card — Unjust levy of Interest

      Dear Sir,

      This is in ref to my credit card No 4629 XXXX XXXX 2002.

      Despite Submission of a multicity (at par) cheque of SBI well in time for payment of ICICI Credit card dues, deliberately it was deposited after a passage of 15/16 days time resulting in unjust levy of interest and late fee amounting to Rs 2392.53. My SBI Faizabad cheque No 230102 was deposited at ICICI Bank Branch in Chennai on 26 Jul while the payment due date was 29 July 09. Howver, for mysterious reasons it was sent to faizabad (while it was an at par cheque) which took more than 15 days and following extra unjust charges were levied on me by ICICI Bank- (i) Late payment fee of Rs 600.00 (ii) Interest charges of Rs 1569.11 (iii) Service tax of Rs 223.42.

      I had accordingly made a complaint to the Bank online but the response was nothing. Then through customer care call centre they displayed helplessness and could not answer my querries.

      Please take up my case and help. I have deliberately not disclosed my full credit card details.I could be contacted on the email given above.

      I am Sachin Shelar holding a card from ICICI Bank, card no [protected]. I have this card since 05/2006, I have had many problems in my personal and professional life since last 9-10 months. I was employed with IBM since several years. Unfortunately I have to resign last April, and since then I have ended up with huge problems. Now earlier I already had some problems with ICICI bank card dept. but still I managed to get things rectified. Being unemployed for almost 4-5 months and then recently joined a new company in Nov.
      I personally called ICICI bank and asked them to help me get my outstanding cleared so that I can pay my credit card dues. I was been helped by a very generous person from your collections team. I quite dont remember his name but he was very helpful. He helped me getting the outstanding to pay by EMI facility. Then he sent me the papers for the same I accepted the documents. New EMI a/c no: [protected].
      I was all set so that I can pay the bills, but since last week of Nov my health was not good and then in 1st week of Dec, we diagnosed that I was been affected by Hepitites D and E. Due to my health I could not attend my office and then in 2nd week of Dec was been admitted to the hospital. I did informed my company about this and they agreed for my leaves. But my salary for both the months was put on hold. I have not yet recived my salary and also due to hospitalisation have paid almost 28-30 thousand rupees for my illness. Now that I am already in this crisis I requested one of your execitives that I will not be able to pay my bills for some time till I get my salary. And since last week there are few people who call me and were asking for making the payments. Frequently recieving such calls to make the payments, I asked my friend to help me. But was unable to arrange the payment. I still tried to arrange and I told tham that I will call them once I arrange the amount. Still trying to speak to my company and get the salary creditted so that I can pay these charges. But there is an Executive or Manager named, Sajid Shaikh, ICICI collections, J B nagar, Collections Manager, ID: LTG825613, This person spoke to me very un-proffessionally and was trying to get me irate and make me do something worng was very rude and was using wrong ways to get payments from me. I was very surprised to know that such people work with a reputed bank like ICICI . I wanted to make a serious complaint regarding this Manager. And I told him my situation and but he was least bothered about my situation. And then he said that he will come to my house and show me how to make payments. he said that he will see me tomorrow (28/01/10) and he wants me to arrange the amount asap. or else I will have to bare the consequenses. I want to know what can I do.
      would like to know as to why are such people hired by your bank and I want to know how can some one help me in this situation.

      ICICI Credit Card — wrong debit

      I had done a single transaction with Bharat Matrimony during March,08 but icici bank(cards division) sent a statemnt for the amount debit my account twice for one single transaction. The same has not been rectified till date even though the complaint was registered with ICICI Bank Ltd, RPC, Mumbai.
      On the contrary the bank continues to charge penal interest even though the card was surrendered for which the cards division at ICICI Bank did not send any acknowledgement.
      The complaint was registered and the service request number is SR79649996 dated 16.9.2008. There has been no respose of the bank till date.

      ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Unrealistic charges

      In spit of my reapeated request the reversal of Rs 400/- including Severice tax is not reveresd. The statment of my account was delivered to sombody by name Pooja . Near my house there is nobody by name pooja This information was provided by your staff when I was enquiring about the charges. How can you expect me to make the payment when the statment is delivered to sombody else. To reduce the tension I opeted for Email statment. Now your customer care are asking when you have Email why was their delay. But they have forgotten that the Email was created after late payment was charged . I fail to understand due to the mistake of your courier you are ready to loose your customer. In my family we are having 2 business card and 2 visa card of your bank. We have never defaluted in making payment. By opting for email statment I have saved your courier charges as well as stoppage of wrong deliveries.

      This is what we think when we are tied up with one bank. Know please let me know weather you will kindly reverse the entry or should I serender all the 4 credit cards after making due payments and say good bye to ICICI forever.

          I have a Wealth Management account in Borivali West Br of ICICI Bank. In Nov 2012 beginning I agreed to transfer Rs 4.45 lakh from my FDs & Linked Deposits for investment in ICICI Prudential on the condition that my investment will not be in insurance policy. As i was going abroad on 06 Nov, the officers of the Bank & ICICI Pru promised to provide the relevant documents of investment prior to my departure. This did not happen.
          I sent numerous emails to this officer, Customer Care, the higher level of Customer Care, Relationship Offr , thru Bank's web site but with no positive response.
          On return on 05 Jan 2013, I found an insurance policy, proposed by me, insuring my son. On further inquiry, found two policies were made by forging our signatures by a Banks employee whom we had never met.
          Wrote to MD & CEO of Bank but failed to get any response. Meanwhile, ICICI Pru informed that they will deal with the case whereas it had no part to play in this criminal activity. my policies were cancelled & i have now been paid compensation as interest on my initial investment. But the Bank retains its clean image by not accepting my complaint. Can there be any more heinous crime than a banker forges customers signatures and get insurance policies for the commission involved?

            I am aggrieved to bring to your notice that our compliant filed regarding wrong debit in travel card on 9th Jan has not been attended to and no satisfactory reply given. Four transactions made at Walmart Florida for USD1329 on 9Th jan have been debited to our card while the card was being used at that time in BOSTON which is approx 3000miles away. This can be verified from the debit records.
            When service request SR[protected] was made we were advised that investigations are being made and would advise by 11th Feb. On contacting again we were advised since you are abroad we cannot proceed further.
            We contacted the branch from where the card was purchased explaining that being student its not possible to travel back just to recover this amount the branch spoke to the concerned customer care officer who advised to raise another SR on 13th Feb no.SR[protected].

            Now again same reply has been received as follows

            We confirm that the dispute raised through Service Reference Number SR[protected] was not processed as you are in abroad.
            We confirm that new Service Reference Number SR[protected] was raised on February 13, 2013.
            However, we understand that you will be in abroad for next 1 year.
            Investigation cannot be done as you are in abroad. We look forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better.

            Could you please clarify the following
            1) Why the personal presence of the card holder is required ? How could you expect customer to travel to India that too to ICICI Mumbai office just for USD 1329 and spend five times the amount to be recovered.
            2) Why the investigations can not be carried out based on the facts available with the bank rather than wasting valuable time of one year or two . If any documents are required they can be asked for. For your information: passport copy and visa copy have already been submitted to branch office at vasant vihar New Delhi
            3) Without prejudice to what has been stated above why the amount should not be credited to the account pending investigations which is being delayed at ICICI's end.

            It seems the concerned officers at customer care are not applying their mind and keep sending the stereo type reply even after the branch manager explaining the details over telephone personally.
            We would request you to kindly take immediate action. It has been 3 months since no action has been taken.

            they are wasting time and money of the customer
            i went through the same problem and filed a compliant on 26 Aug 2013
            they generated a request no SR[protected] and ended with the same message that " customer is in abroad so can't process"
            again i clarify my doubts to one of phone banking officer Mr. Pavan R
            he looks promising but same excuses
            its almost been 2 months and i don't think ICICI bank gonna solve the problem
            they are just passing the ball to others court.
            now they generated a new request no-SR[protected]
            and told me to wait till 14 jan 2014
            i lost my patience
            if i won't get my money back i will sue ICICI bank
            i will go to consumer court.

              Hi,

              ICICI bank has offered me new credit card as I am using more than 5 yrs of salary account. For getting a new card they will charge me Rs 500/= and if I am spending more than 5000/= within 50 days, my 500/= will be refund in my next bill.

              But even after spend more than 5000, they not given back my amount, now they are not even picking up the customer care. I am trying for more than a month. All the day, they are speaking with customers.

              I have given my feedback thro their ICICI site, if that they mentioned with in 48 hrs they will response, still no one reached me.

              Is there any other way to talk to icici bank.

              ICICI Credit — Hidden cancellation charges and settlement issue

              1) Information regarding "the cancellation charge against ICICI Lombard insurance" was not informed to me
              during the committed of ICICI credit card and Lombard policy. And also I did not get any documents regarding this.
              On this cancellation charge, financial Charge (Like late fee ) are also charged. So I do not have any responsibility
              over this For this, I already raised the dispute with ICICI credit card division and Lombard
              ( Ref no[protected],[protected] and[protected].But I did not get any good response over it.


              2) After wards, lot of mails and call gone between me and Customer care. Still no response.
              Finally I totally feel bad regarding this credit card and came to the decision that to settled and closed this
              problem. At the time one ICICI person called me and come for settlement, I agreed and pay Rs 1500 to put the full
              stop to this issue (FYI I did not spent any amount for my usage, all for cancellation charge and financial charges
              still I paid). But again I was cheated. Please take the department wise or legal action against that ICICI person to
              prevent your valuable customer. Still I did not get any settlement letter, so again I made a call to customer care,
              they asked me pay a MIN of Rs 3000 to settled this account. But Collection agent asked me to pay amount with out
              settlement letter (As per customer care call, They adviced me to dont pay amount with settlement letter )

              Finally Jan 7 2009 i had call from collection agent and agreed for settlement for amount 3000,
              Afterwards i did not get any call from collection agent.

              ICICI Bank — Credit Card Over Charged

              I am holding an ICICI Credit card and salary account. I have come across the situations, where I have used ICICI credit card and card was over charged. One was for 10k extra / duplicate charge. Second time I made a transaction for Rs. 3344 and signed one charge slip. But surprisingly my card was showing three transactions of same amount.

              I will have to pay extra Rs. 6644 which I have not used. When I called ICICI for that, they said it will take 90 days to clear / settle the problem.

              Being a salary account holder, credit card holder I don't get any additional benefits and on top of that I have to pay extra to ICICI.

              ICICI bank / credit card — Charges for check collection

              I received a telephone call from Icici collection agency stating that my credit card payment they will be collecting their exectives without any charges. Based on their telephonic conversation. I decided to give them my check payment. After Onemonth I received my statement. In that I got Rs.100 for check collection charges.

              I called ICICI customer care. But there is no use and no response this. I don't understand why ICICI have some collection agency between customer??

              Finally I got cheated. Who is going to be taken action on this?

                  As usual ICICI Bank website was down other day when I tried to login. Everytime when I wanted to navigate from one-page to another the session gets time out. For God sake Do not tell me, "Sir, the page gets timed out i[censored]nattended fro some time", it can't be 5 seconds?? I'm a pro-internet & computer user. Hence it blocked my user ID.

                  Even today when I tried resetting my password online, the Unique number came on my mobile, but when I tried to enter on your reset screen, again session expired.. session expired.. session expired... I tried almost 15 times before giving up. Don't even tell me, "website may be under-maintenance", it can't be so all the time & that too during peak hours. Again when I tried, it said Unique ID is not generated yet, please follow Step-1. when I did so, it said "Can't generate again, wait for 4 days before trying again"

                  Trust me, I'm abusing your internet services from inside but not mentioning it here, you guys have frustrated me till that extend. And it will not stop here, I wish to take it to customer forums, so that the world is also made aware, the bank they consider as India's Largest Pvt Sector Bank has world's inferior internet technologies, I know this since I'd worked with you once upon a time.

                  Your NetBanking is Poor, very poor.

                  ICICI ATM's - Always out of cash or outdated vending machines. You'll always notice "Out of Order" boards at the Kandivali's Charkop ATM & Malad - Orlem's ATM. The refilling is not done on time, Yes, the security guard will tell you this.

                  ICICI Bank — Worst Service in the world

                  As I have been residing out of India for the last 1.5 yr, so I have to talk to the ICICI bank customer service at times in order to get certain things done. This has happened to me twice, at first I ignored it but now its becoming impossible to accept it anymore. Dont you think its a big question mark on the ability of ICICI bank, that they are not able to provide me last 6 months statement of my account ina pdf format.
                  There is no provision on their site through which I can download my statement in PDF format. Everytime when I call them they tell me that within 4 hrs I'll get that in my email. its been 1 week now, and I have called them 5 times. everytime they handover a request number to me to refer when I call them next time.
                  Inspite of showing them the urgency of the request, no body is there to listen to you. I even raised a grivience on the ICICI bank website, but till I have not received any response from anyone.

                  Is this what India's one of the largest bank stands for, that they are not even able to send an email to their Customer. Shame on ICICI bank

                  I thought ICICI was the one with decent customer service and business ethics in India and have been loyal to them for the last 5 years. Turns out they annoyed me with their impatient customer service and a crazy incident of all.
                  1. This was 10 days ago, that I called their customer care to get my phone number changed on my account. I had already followed the process of going to ATM and changing the phone number. It accepts and voila it works. But to add a payee, the system still sends the OTP to my old number. When I called, the customer care executive told me the process and I told him that I followed the process twice already. He asked me to do the same thing again. This guy won't even listen to my complaint completely. I wanted to say for three times that my otp for transactions come to new number but for adding payee otp is sent to old number. He won't listen. Fed up, I had to drop the call.
                  This is incident no. 2 that happened today.
                  I tried online recharge of my mobile twice and after entering grid number, the transaction didn't happen stating that there is authorization problem. After going out in the evening and shopping some groceries, my card didn't work. I tried nearest ATM and it said unauthorized access. On calling the customer care, they said my card is permanently deactivated. The reason being, I was delivered an international card for the same account two years back. So, I asked if that is active. Voila, it's not active too. So now I have to apply for another card and survive my 5 days without a penny in hand. So, I have one concern, how can a bank so un-empathetically deactivate one's card without notice? What if I was in a petrol bunk and made the tank full and I was relying on my card? What annoyed me even more is that, the customer care executive starts telling me that I have a special coral card offer on my account. So dear ICICI bank, this is your way of making people pay more. Deactivate someone's card and tell them they qualify to pay more fee on the new card. You just lost 5 year trust. Worst bank ever.

                    I submitted an application for ICICI Credit card in early January. So far, there is absolutely no status information except an e-mail I coaxed out of a verification officer saying the card was "approved" The automated status system is a JOKE. It is always saying "SORRY THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER"

                    And funny thing is, the menu traps you with its prompts and you can never get to speak to an agent. I finally reached an agent thinking my card is lost and selecting the "lost card option" but the guy promptly put me back into the automated system and trapped me there again. Such villains!

                    Well, now I am stuck, not knowing what to do. I am still writing e-mails tot he verification officer every day begging and pleading for status and he never replies. If complaining on this site does not work, the only thing I can think of is to try and reach their CEO, Chanda through some social network to give her some feedback on how hopelessly broken and deaf to customers her company is.

                      I, Mr. Pankaj, bearing ICICI Credit Card in the year 2007, having credit limit of Rs. 18000/-; had used the card for only 2-3 mths. Paid the bills for the used amount. Later the bills sent were after due date and the mail ID registered with you was also wrong ([protected]@YAHOO.CO.IN). When contacting customer care, use to apologize, and request us to pay the basic used amount. The same mistake use to be repeated in next month. Then from that day I stopped using the card, and stopped paying the inflated bills which contained late fees, interest and the basic amount which was paid before. Later came to know that the bankers us to remit only the interest and late fee from the amount paid.The bill amount at last came to Rs. 41000/- approx. According to my statements and payment done I have paid Rs. 1891/96p extra in the yr. 2008-09. Since then I use to get mentally disturbing calls for the payments. I use to just ignore the phone calls, since non use to know the fact. In 2010 Mr. Sudeep Sinha (ICICI Bank Exe.) sent me all the statements till date & after having a self audit, he also felt the fault in the system; later he stopped calling me. Last yr. 2012 one of the banks franchisee came to my office for collection and requested to close the account by paying Rs. 9000/- and requested to meet Mr. Abhishek Parekh at thane branch. When contacted he disapproved for Rs. 9000/- and asked me to pay Rs. 14000/- for the closer. I disapproved, saying that instead of paying extra Rs. 1891/96p and also agreeing to pay Rs.9000/-, just for the mistake made by the banks system, which was also agreed by the exe. Later left the office and then no calls were received for the rectification. Now Mr. Jatin Shinde contacted me saying that the matter is in J.B. Nagar office, saying to close the account for Rs. 10500/-, which is followed by a female rep.who does not know the ethics to talk. I had replied to Mr. Jatins mail on 26th Feb. 2013 for the amount Rs. 8215/10p to get approved for the closer, which was been suggested by my C.A. and lawyers seeing the R.B.I rules and regulations.
                      I hope so some of the emp. of the bank must be genourious enough to negotiate humbly and close the account.

                              Hi All,

                              I am Atyant Jain currently in Germany. I would like to register a complaint/dispute against misuse of my ICICI credit card.

                              There were three fraudulent transactions made from my ICICI credit card on dated 28.12.2012. The details are as mentioned below:

                              1. Transaction of GBP 236.97 is made at www.SPORTSDIRECT on 28-dec-2012 (02:27:58)
                              2. Transaction o[censored]SD 104.95 is made at ENTROPAY on 28-dec-2012 (2:06:25)
                              3. Transaction o[censored]SD 199.40 is made at ENTROPAY on 28-dec-2012 (2:04:08 pm)

                              As soon as i came to know on my email, I informed the icici and blocked the card and also asked them to revert the transaction but they are saying that since it is a 3d secure authentication, they cannot revert it.

                              I had already informed that i have not shared this information and the bank is liable to pay this amount as this is not my fault alone.

                                  ICICI bank is cheating me My name(Nadeem Ahmed) is wrong (Nadeem K Ahmed) on my credit card false complaint done in 2011 Now my payment was Rs.40000 but in 1 year it reached Rs.65000 I was ready to pay So settlement was Rs57000 on 11 Aug 2012. I paid 15600 my first installment with in 2 hrs I got mail at 10:30 and it was Saturday So i paid with in 2 hrs and after 1 week i got threaten call from icici bank I had complaint to dinesh ( settlement manager) he said go to hell . After that incident I had stopped the payment and every day i was getting calls from ICICI after 2 months i paid Rs.3200 by HSBC net banking A person Bharti told me if i will pay this amount I will get settlement latter of[protected] + 3200) total Rs 38200 But it was cheating I never get that settlement latter .
                                  Now they want again Rs. 60000
                                  Pls help me

                                  ICICI Bank — credit card -false case

                                  dear sir,

                                  i would like to inform you that myself is an engineer graduate student, from Hyderabad.

                                  I have never in my life applied for credit card of any bank, and also never received any credit card from any bank so far.
                                  Two months back, i received about 4 phonecalls on my phone no. [protected] from icici bank, stating that i have credit card with some outstanding and asked me to pay.
                                  every time i argued that i do not have any credit card, nor applied any, and told them check their information.

                                  Now, two days back on wednesday 29-july-2009, I received a call from Mr. Rajeev Mishra(phone no.[protected]), who claimed to be a sub inspector of police. He said that he has a non-bailable arrest warrant against me with a case no 02826/209 in the court of new delhi, and said he would arrest me seize my passport etc. He also told me to contact lawyer Mr. Ranjan (phone no. [protected]) in new delhi to get details about the case, and to see if it can be sorted out.

                                  When I contacted Mr.Ranjan he informed me that there is a case on me for a credit card default/fraud of icici bank, then I argued with on phone that I have applied for any credit card or have any, and also i never received any bank statements of credit card on my name, and not even any letter for payments, or any notice. Then Mr. Ranjan (the lawyer in N.delhi) told me that he shall contact the icici bank and clarify about the case.

                                  Then, I contacted Mr. Rajeev Mishra (the police officer) to tell him that the lawyer would clarify with bank, so he told its O.K. and hung up the phone.

                                  now since two days i am contacting Mr. Ranjan, but he always avoids to talk about the case, and gives excuses to avoid, and also does not receive phone many a times. The police officers' phone is also switched off.

                                  I request your authority to kindly help me through this problem.

                                  I was using a ICICI Credit having card number [protected] , 3 months ago(on June,09), I have closed the account by clearing all my outstanding dues (confirmed by the ICICI phone banking). However on 11th Sept,09 I recived a SMS on my Mobile from ICICI Bank, that I had a payment due of 937.37 & on 16th,Sept,09 they deducted the same from my ICICI Savings Bank account.

                                  ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Cheated by ICICI Bank Credit Cards department

                                  I made a purchase on my credit card in April 2010 for 700 rupees and forgot to pay the bill for the first time in 8 years because I had to leave the country on short notice. I was charged a late payment fee of Rs. 400. When I called ICICI and asked them if the late payment fee could be reversed because of my history, they said they will decrease it by Rs. 200. The customer service agent gave me a new amount due of Rs. 900 (Rs 700 purchases + Rs 200 late payment fees) and I promptly made the payment in June 2010. Last week I got an email from ICICI Bank Credit Cards saying I had a due of Rs. 2400 on my account and that my information had been reported to CIBIL. I have not used my credit card for the last 5 mounths because I am not in India. When I checked my account details I found that I was being charged late payment fee of 400 for the last 5 months and that had added up to 2400 ruppes over the months. When I called up the customer service today, they told me that my only option was to make the payment of Rs. 2400 or else it could impact all my future loan/credit transactions. I am extremely upset with the way ICICI Bank is cheating it's customers. They have left me with no choice but to make the payment. I will never deal with ICICI bank again.

                                    ICICI Bank — Purchasing on lost debit card

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I Pramod Kumar holding an A/C at ICICI Bank Rajnagar branch, Ghaziabad (UP). I lost my ATM card along with other document due to pickpocketing at EDM shoping mall, Ghaziabad on 27 Feb 10 at around 2000 hrs. I informed regarding my loss to ICICI bank on 27 Feb 10 complain No. for ATM card blocking is[protected].
                                    I got information from custmer care at the time of blocking ATM card that somebody has done shoping from my card so they advice me to register a complain regarding card shoping and lodging FIR in the police station for the loss. On 28 Feb 10 i register a complain for card shoping , complain No.[protected].
                                    Documentary action was done on 31 march10 by ICICI bank personnel who procure purchase slip from shop. I submitted a copy of FIR and photo proof certificate and filled up an application form given by him. They send complete document to debit recon team Mumbai.
                                    I use to communicate for information but they informed me that the further action will be taken by debit recon team Mumbai.I send a personal application to debit recon team Mumbai on 15th Sep 10 to remind this matter. Until now I won't get any information regarding this case.
                                    I request you to please take up my case. If any information required in future I will provide the same.
