[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Gift card balance

I have received ICICI gift card as a wedding gift. After few purchase i want to know balance of my gift card. But ICICI don't have any facility to check balance online where as other banks do provide easy balance check online facility.
For ICICI gift card balance inquiry one need to call their Customer Care. I try calling customer care pune # [protected] but after choosing so much of options to know balance (about 5-6 min+1-2 min queue) as soon as my number come call get disconnected.
I have spend almost 30 min calling ICICI customer care and end up in waste of my time and mobile balance.
This is simply cheating and way to earn money by forcing people call their customer care center. Why don't they provide simple online balance checking facility online when others bank can do?

I have recived a gift cards from my company. How can I check the balance on the cards?

I tried calling the ICICI customer care but there was no response.

Kindly provide a solution as there is no facility to check the balances online?

I received a corporate gift card on my birthday and its no working. I tried to register it in self care portal but it is saying "Invalid card Status". Please help.

I have ICICI gift card the validity of which got expired on 31.05.2017. Kindly let me know the procedure to get it revalidated. The card is still unused.

I received a ICICI gift card and there was no PIN on that cover.so is it possible to use without pin number.

simple. just go to gift card self care portal and register your card. enter card details, create login and transaction password and here we go.

I have an ICICI Gift card having 7200/-. When i used it for purchasing it shows that the card is not responding. I asked about this in the nearby branch of ICICI Bank and they says that they have no option. Kindly please give me a solution. I google the customer care number also. I did not get any responds.

Hi Sir,

I've got a gift card worth RS 5000/-from my friend for my birthday 6 months ago.Now when I try to use card it's coming as blocked.

Me and my friend tried calling customer care many times.But were not responding properly.All we got is negative answers, telling the vendor name is not matching.The card is booked through company, so we had given the company name.But they were telling now it's not matching.

So is this the way the customers supported.If so while buying the gift cards please let the customers know that, you need to tell the vendor names also to the people to whom you are gifting the card.

I do have icici gift card given by a pharma company .its
last date is 05-2020..when i gave it to shopping they told there is some error .on customer care calling they donot respond and they arenot telling balance.please tell the balance and extend the expiry date and what is the error.My card no is 4629
