I have taken loan for purchase of scorpio vehicle from icici Ranchi branch . IN FEB.2011 I HAVE PAID FULL LOAN AMOUNT THROUGH POST DATED CHEQUES AS ESTIPULLATED BY BANK.AFTER FULL PAYMENT we have recieved call from their calcutta officethatRs.1415/-is due for payment.ondated 26/09/2011,I have paid which transaction no.M3132023.at icici gumla branch. My loan a/c was IAGUA[protected].as their commitment was to issue loan clearance certificate within 25 days after payment of overdue amt rs.1415/-but sir i have not recieved clearance certificate till now even after laps of 2&half months.pl.communicate icici & arrange for issuing certificate. Complain has been settled now, thanks.
I am working with an reputed organisation and from past six years I had an salary account with icici, and every month my salary is credited for more than 60k, still I am not getting any benefits from icici, like credit card, personal loans etc,
nine years back I had an vehicle loan overdue with icici, and I think this is the reason. So, I want to clear all those things and I want to maintain a good relation with the bank
