ICICI Bank - complaint against MAB charges

PLEASE SEND IT TO CONCERNED AUTHORTY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS AND THEN SEND ME PROPER REPLY IMMEDIATELY
On checking of my account statement for the year 2012 to Till date, it is found that the following amount were deducted from my saving
Account no.[protected] –Bhubaneswar branch with the remark that MAB charges +ST charges without any intimation/information.
Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank.

They deducted money for no reason, everytime I have been maintaining 5500 minimum balance in my account . The customers before opening an account should be well informed about the bank policies and guidelines to avoid such misfortunes in the future. And keep themselves updated with the changes in the policies regularly.

It is therefore, requested that my account may be checked personally and arranges to refund excess recovery made from my account at the earliest.
Please take Suitable action in the matter.
