[Resolved] ICICI Bank (Indira Nagar, Bangalore) — Against Barbarism
My Name is Rohit Singh and I opened a saving account on 28th May 2009 at Indiar Nagar Branch in Bangalore and activated on 9th of June 2009 but when I went online to register for verified by visa for online transaction I felt astonished because I entered my correct card number and login Id and password and pressed next button for register a message came "this is not valid card number, enter valid card number" and I tried several times but I could not resolve this problem. But I am doing ATM transaction and netbanking by this card and also using facility of mobile recharge by net banking. I also talked to customer care executives several times they never gave any explicit answer, some one told this is server problem and some told you try after some time it will work and some told I don’t know about this new features and some assured there is a special feature for security reason that manager has privilege to unlock your card for verified by visa service but lastly very bravely they lost our patience and advised request for new card this is a technical problem and we are squarely unable to resolve this problem. I went to my Indira Nagar Branch and submitted application for new card and they assured after eight days you will be again welcome in our adobe regarding for new card.
I don’t know when I will alleviate against this barbarism.
