[Resolved] ICICI Bank Limited — Lien of Salary account for Settled Credit Card | |||||
I was marked a Lien on my Salary Account #[protected] . I have received an SMS stating the same and informing me to pay Rs.73648.22 within 7 days for the credit card [protected]. which is already Settled and amount is paid in full. I have received a letter with Ref# CC[protected] for One short payment for Rs 30,000 in cash which I have already done on 29th of July as per commitment with Payment receipt # [protected]. An ICICI collection agent had visited my Karol Bagh Address to collect the amount. Please help me out... i am shattered because my Salary is blocked. Please go to a credit card collection centre of ICICI and then ask them for a settlement. You should have asked the same long back. The settlement could have been done online also. But because its on behalf of salary account hence they will need to meet you.

ICICI Credit Card — misuse of salary account
I m a Icici Bank credit card user and salery account holder , i had the outstaing amount of 15000 rs behaff of that they deducted 30000 rs in month of march from my salery account that was all dues according to them , but in the month of april i have recived a mail in that they still showing a dues of 2019 rs . when i talked to customer care executive of bank today at 2.35 pm ,he told me as Bank recived the amount after due date so its a late fees . in month of march they hold 27000 rs as it was in my account , then i transfer some more money in which they deducted 3000 rs more that was all according dues . now its 2000 rs more ..i dont know how this will finish . please help me i dont want to pay this extra amount. ICICI Bank Limited — Req for Banking password
Hi To whom ever it may concern.I requested for internet banking password from icici bank, which was dispatched on 21st July-10 from there side and i checked the status of my requested it was infiormed i will get it in 7 working days. But i haven't received any letter or any response from the bank even after 7 working. So i called the customer care and was informed that the letter was returned back to the bank from the courier people and this people never made an attempt to contact me over the phone or emailed me this is such a bad service as if they are not bothered about the customer's urgencies. Finally the executive took another request cancelling my previous request for which i will have to wait for another 9 working days that too i should go personally to the branch to collect it.
Kindly bring this to the attention of the head of the department of ICICI BANK.

ICICI Bank Limited — wrongly deduction of Amount Rs.2481/-
My self Balvant Vallabhdas Gotecha having Saving bank A/c No.[protected] in ICICI Bank since last Two Years with Zero Balance facility. Now they have themselves converted the a/c with Minimum balance category without prior intimation and deducted Rs. 2481 (partly in last three quarters Rs. 827/- per quarter). I have tried many times to contact them but they are not giving any response also launch complaint to bank against them but they are not responding.Pl help me on this matter.
