[Resolved] ICICI Bank Ltd — Delay in reversal of wrong credit
I wrongly deposited Rs 1625 to credit card number [protected] instead of my credit card number [protected], on 1st December 2008. As I noticed this mistake I contacted the customer care and informed them about this..They said they will transfer this amount to my credit card account after receiving the cash receipt by fax. As such I faxed the cash receipt. At their request I faxed it once again. Besides this I even e mailed the scanned copy. Later I contacted the customer care couple of times. In spite of all these, even after almost a month there is no action from their part. Please help
