ICICI Bank Ltd — fraud through atm card

On dated 07.09.2011 time approx between 10:05; to10:10Pm suddenly i have recd 3 msg from icici bank ltd that an amount of Rs. 2002 each x3 has been debited to my icici bank saving a/c no.[protected].through my ATM card No. [protected].
I call to icici bank customer care Ms. Swati on 10:10 PM and i explain to her about all tree transection and she reply me that some one has fraud with me and i told her to block my said card but early in the morning on dated 08.09.2011 approx time 04:00 Am i have recd an other msg from icici bank that an amount of Rs. 620 debited to my icici saving account.
i went to Noida Sector-58, Police station and submitted a written application but again i have cont to customer care they told me that my amount may be refund with 2 or 3 month, but after morethen 7month icici bank not help me, i have call them many time ,
i am comfort with one thing out of 4transection 3transection were made for payment of Voda Fone at Mumbai, and one for a hotel.
i am not understanding what is problem with icici bank why they are not refund me my money.

Please help me.........................
