Dear Sir, I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on 15 Mar 2007 & i submitt my resignation letter & PF forms duly signed to HR Mr.Mohd. Safi Khan. I was working with ICICI bank posted in Hoshiarpur Branch. I have worked from 21/09/2006 to 31/12/2009. I have send the PF withdrawal form from 12 jan 2009 of icici bank ltd. Till today of dated 23/02/2010. i have received msg on my mobile on 19/01/ 2010 the amount will be credited to ur account bt I have not recieved my PF amount
not even any information from them.
So, Therefore I request you to please look at the matter .and help me to get my PF money transfer to my account from ICICI bank. Provident fund Department.
