ICICI Bank — no response on applied credit card since 3 months

I had applied for icici oral credit card since 3 months before and submitted all the document to thieir executive but after that there is no response from company.i have been following up thru mail n phone but no response.
Such a poor and ignorance service can not be accepted at any cost.
My application number is[protected].

ICICI Bank — No response to customer problem

Dear Sir,

I opened few FDs & related savings a/c in ICICI bank Kolkata branches in 2001. For some reason I could not keep track on the a/cs & now when I am asking their customer service with my customer ID & a/c nos, they are telling that these a/cs are closed whereas I never closed these FDs. During renewal their FD nos. may have changed but I neverhave relized my money.

I am visting their Branch time & again.I do not know how do I recover my money ?

i m arpit a/c no. is sb[protected] & atm card no. [protected].my card was blocked & a/c was freezed since last 8 months.Even after completing all the formalities it is not unblocked even now.
so kindly take appropriate action so that i may use my atm card as soon as posible.

credit cards — about bank respoonse

Abot your reference[protected] july1, 2008, I had credit card account no 4477xxxxxxxx4003, my phone no is [protected].I want to know the status of my credit, and also want to know any direct telphone no so i can contact about due payments.To day i go your bank / cc branch with your letters but no proper response to me given by to bank and bank to cc branch.please send your collecting agent to me, so i can do my payments.

Dear Sir,
Your Sector X1, Rohini Delhi-85 FDR ID[protected]/[protected]dated the 29th March, 2007 maturity dated 07-11-08 fvg Raj Bahl and B.R.Bahl payable to either or survivor for Rs 1, 20, 000, maturity amount Rs1, 40, 688
I have to bring to your kind notice with very heavy heart that your branch is not functioning properly and giving a bad name to the image the second Largest Private Bank of the country as a result of which your Bank is suffering badly partially due to world financial meltdown but more particularly due to your most inhuman and inefficient staff... I may not be wrong if I state that the captioned branch is running like rudderless ship and needs shock treatment. Since the transfer of Shri Gagan Deep Singh Bedi to Gurgaon, the state of the above branch is not at all satisfactory for the last two years. Complaints have been received from several other fellow senior citizen members of our Forum who happened to be your branch customers. TDS was unauthorizedly deducted from the proceeds of the maturity amount of their FDR with you notwithstanding the fact that they had given Form 15 H during 1st quarter of the financial year.

In my instant my own case, I had given Form 15 H at the time of issue of my FDR from your branch and again in the 1st quarter of financial year 2008.To my utmost surprise and disappointment, while depositing the proceeds of the captioned term deposit on the 7th Nov, 2008, from my FDR, a sum of Rs 1, 39, 688 has been credited to my savings bank account number[protected] with the above noted branch instead of Rs1, .40, 688.The Branch may kindly be instructed to pay the difference of Rs1363. Kindly instruct the branch that the same should not be repeated with other elderly citizen customers and our Forum members..

ICICI — No information regarding credit card which i applied 3 months ago

I applied credit card three months ago but still i dint received my card or any details regarding it. once courier boy called me to deliver the card and i was not at home. I got verification calls regarding credit card and i asked to fwd it to my permanent address..
stil not received any info

ICICI Card — no response in contact number given

Dear Sir

I was using Centurion Bank Card, which was taken over by ICICI in last year. Subsequently ICICI offered a card to me which I was not interested. The CBP card was closed and the last statement was in Jan-09.

Recently I got an SMS saying some thing about i mint card and points which is not relevent to me.
BUT MOST DISTRUSSING THING IS they have mentioned one contact number in SMS. as[protected]. While contacted there was a recorded message that forwarding the to another number and asked me to hold the line.
The connection never gets thro and the number of trials made is of no use.
For a person calling from Kerala to Delhi such irresponsible behaviour will create loss of time, money and gives unpleasent mental condition.

Those who have similar experience with ICICI is requested to sahre the experience.this is acommonly reported by few of ICICI client about such tricks they play.

Through a PIL, I intend to bring this to the notice of Judiciary soon

due to respect i say that there are 6614Rs in my icici bank acount[protected] at 6 aug 09. i withdraw 5100 Rs By ATM but transaction is not done and my account is low with 5100 RS and now there are anly 1514 Rs in my account . so iam requesting you to take approprite action to return my 5100 in my account

ICICI Credit Card — No Response

We are Extreamly dissapointed and really Frustated by Your bank.
We just keep on calling but there is NO RESPONSE AT ALL .
Please help us by cancelling all our icici bank cards ASAP.
If you can mail us your seniour executive phone number or any executive of yours can visit us personally.

ICICI Bank — No Response

Made complaint on 12/08/2010 regarding the Pin & Password problem via email . The same was rectified but my problem still persist . While making a call to there Customer care there is no resoponse for the same. With only one reply " That sir u must have forgotten ur pin / password" .
I am using the same pin for last 4 years without any trouble but since 20 days my work and time is suffered due to this problem . The customer care response is very poor and they don't rectify my problem and while asking about my complaint there is no respone from there side.
Today when I was enoyed and shouted on them , they have given me a complaint no SR[protected] for sending the new password but still the problem is not solved. I made further the complaint for the same still they have the same reply " Sir u must have forgotten ur password or entered incorrect password".
My working , money and time both is suffering for last 1 month. I would request u to kindly come into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
