[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Non Payment of Provident Fund | |||
My name is Ramesh Vasantrao Mithare, 314, Watsalta, Main Road, Yashwant Nagar, Sangli, Pin Code 416416, Sir, I was in the employment of The Sangli Bank Ltd., Sangli, Maharashtra State. I left the Bank submitting my resignation on medical rerason on 21/09/1994. In spite of my repeated applications requesting for payment of my Provident Fund, to this date Bank has not paid my Provident Fund also no communication from their end. So, please look into the matter and please help me to get my Provident Fund which is very much needed to my family. Was this information helpful? | |||

yes, its true that bank is not caring its customers and blunt towars human relations, same is the case with me...
ICICI BANK has not paid my terminal dues as well since last 13 years.Took decesion to dismiss me after10 years. The charge sheet was issued after 5 years.Though not involved in the process made me scape goat and not paid terminal dues like p.f., gratuity, leave encashment difference of wage revision etc. Will you be kind enough to look into the matter and oblige me by paying my all terminal dues.
