[Resolved] ICICI Bank — DD not received | |||
I booked DD online from my ICICI account , Service Request No. SR[protected] dt. 20/06/2011 for 15K. The amount got deducted immediately & I got confirmation SMS that your service request is succesful & you will get DD in 4 working days by SIgma Courier, whoes AWB No. 629273. But after even 10 days I have not received the same. When I contacted Sigma courire they told that they have discontinued the service contract with ICICI & all the couriers have been send back to ICICI. I conteacted ICICI through email, but no reply , even though they claim to get back in 48 hours. I forwarded mails to Mr. Krishnan Govindan, Head Customer Service - Phone Banking Mr.Shiva Kumar Tadikonda, Nodal Officer. Ms. Anita Pai, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service.. SIR,I HAD APPLIED FOR DD THROUGH ICICI BANK ON DATED 29/12/2010, THEY CONFIRMED ME THAT I WILL RECIEVED MY DD ON 4 WORKING DAYS ,IT IS 4/01/2011.
