I have asaving account in ICICI no[protected] in Preet vihar branch (Delhi) i found thet someone from my account has made the payment of an ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD, After talking to the customer care people I was able to get the name f the person, and i have filled a complaint on the barnch as well the complaint no is-sr66260191, Nothing has been done as yet, Kindly do the needfull. RESPECTED, I HAVE ICICI DEBIT CARD SINCE 4 YEARS. ACCORDING TO YOUR RULE AND REGULATION THERE SHOULD BE QAB OF RS. 10, 000/-IN SAVING ACCOUNT BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS SALARY ACCOUNT IT IS CONVERTED IN SAVING ACCOUNT AT THAT TIME THE QAB WAS RS.5000/- BUT YOUR BANK DEBITED OF RS 8.43 FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING ANY INFORMATION TO ME AT MY PHONE AND ADDRESS ALSO. BESIDES IT I MAINTAINED RS.5000/-PER QUARTER. FOR THE LAST 18 MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY STATEMENT FROM YOUR BANK. THERE WAS NO INFORMATION TO MAINTAIN RS.10000/-PER QUARTER. MY DEBIT CARD NO. IS [protected] YOU CAN TRACE MY SAVING ACCOUNT NO. FROM THAT CARD. THE CARD WAS MAKE FROM THE GREEN PARK EXTENTION, NEW DELHI. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DO THE BETTER IN MY FAVOUR BECAUSE I AM SALARIED PERSON. THANKING YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION

Actually I transferred my money from ABN amro to my Icici Bank Account on saturday (27/9/2008) through net banking . but still i didnt get ...so do help
