[Resolved]  ICICI Credit Card - Customer Care — No one Attending Customer care mails. After i leave a complaint regarding my previous one problem here..

This is really a bad experience for me. After i made a complaint in this forum.the complain link is given below.

ICICI has stopped attending my customer care mails. I have sent 3, 4 mails and waiting for the reply for 3 weeks. no one is replying at all..

I am sure usually icici replies back in 4, 5 days of time. 3 weeks of non responding i am sure, they decided not to reply to my mails again..

So i think they might have black listed me. i was been a good customer since 3, 4 years. this is not the way icici customer care should behave..

Really bad experience. i feel they are taking revenge on me, since i made a complaint here..

Taking revenge by ignoring mails and calls is not the right way ICICI. You should prove yourself doing a better customer service and rectifying the mistake.. Not by banning/ not attending my mails..

ICICI Bank — ICICI takes revenge on customers

Hi,
Last year I had a EMI card with ICICI and i missed 2 EMIs for the card. They blocked the entire amount from my account 10 months back.

I previously had a car loan with ICICI and just 5 days back i preclosed the amount. And now i had applied for a new car loan with ICICI and my loan got rejected. When i enquired about this, I got to know that my name is listed in CIBIL coz of the EMI card issue.

When i enquired customer service about the defaulted amount the information was shocking. I was notified that i have a defaulted amount of Rs 20. If the ICICI collection department could block 30+ K from my account, can't they take 20 rupees from it. This is a kind of revenge taken by ICICI bank on consumers.
This cant be that they are ignoring your calls, check their website there is a esclation procedure, follow it and you will be heard...

I fully agree with Samuel. ICICI is a biggest fraud company and you can very easily search for complaints done against ICICI. But the misreable thing is still our so called Government and RBI the Bank regulatory body is not taking some strict actions against such a fraud company.

I have also faced same kind of issue. I have holding ICICI Credit Card and made purchase thru it. I cleared all my dues in same month when I got the statement. But ICICI without any intimation or my confirmation converted that amount as EMI and started sending statements in that manner. I have made follow-up of ICICI customer care for several times but those duffers didnt understand and neither they rectified my issue. At last I dis-continued with card immediately.

But this was the begining. I started receiving call from there collection department Mumbai stating me that if i dont pay the amount I will be held and punished and all stuffs. Later they updated my name in CIBIL and bcoz of this all my loan request are kept on hold.

If our Government is making such regulatory bodies to monitor every one's credit transactions, than they should also build some team to monitor such activities undertaken by Banks and should react to customer complaints quickly instead of only putting money in their bags.
i want to stop payment by friend finder, please tell me How can i do ?
