ICICI Credit Cards — Very Poor Customer Service - No status Info at all | |||
I submitted an application for ICICI Credit card in early January. So far, there is absolutely no status information except an e-mail I coaxed out of a verification officer saying the card was "approved" The automated status system is a JOKE. It is always saying "SORRY THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" And funny thing is, the menu traps you with its prompts and you can never get to speak to an agent. I finally reached an agent thinking my card is lost and selecting the "lost card option" but the guy promptly put me back into the automated system and trapped me there again. Such villains! Well, now I am stuck, not knowing what to do. I am still writing e-mails tot he verification officer every day begging and pleading for status and he never replies. If complaining on this site does not work, the only thing I can think of is to try and reach their CEO, Chanda through some social network to give her some feedback on how hopelessly broken and deaf to customers her company is.
