ICICI Loan — Icici loan clearance

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I DESALE P.R. an icici Bank A/C holder. I had taken Personal loan in 01/10/2007-12/10/08 I have paid all loan instalment money in above mentioned period, But till now I did not get any clerance paper from bank.So I am facing problem to get Home Loan from Other bank.I need this clearance paper tomorrow, as My loan disbursement is planned tomorrow.
Please send me this letter on my email ID or else send it through Courier.
I also tried on customer care no.nearly before a month, but still I have not got any paper.What I have got is a sms on 26/02/2009, which tells the following:
"SR98119407:LANLPMUM[protected], You will receive the NOC via Express it courier, AWB No.[protected] within 7 days.
but these 7 days are not yet completed for you.
Is this type of service you are providing?Only because of this service, I decided to take home loan from HDFC and not from You.

My Home Loan A/c No. LBKRR[protected]. 01-06-09

I have cleared my debt and want to get back the documents I have submitted to the bank.

New faces (every fortnight) in the bank listen to my problem with comforting words.

My time, energy all get wasted as I could not do anything worthwhile.

My home loan a/c LBUDP[protected]from icici bank, madhuban, udaipur(rajasthan) was completed on 7 april 2008.Even after so long time, I unable to get my original documents which was kept the bank. they dont gave me any proper response regarding the matter.so only option kept for me is to take a legal action against bank if they will not provide my original documents of my house.
Kindly take the action soon.

Loan NOC Sent by ICICI BANK — fake receiving provided by Express IT

Hi

As per ICICI Bank they sent a courier on 17.06.2009 against POD No.[protected] in my name. Still i have not received the courier. Moreover, the Express IT has provided that the same has been received by Mr. Nanda (Del No.[protected]).

for which the Name and Del No. is fake. as the Tata indicom has not issued this number to anybody.
I want to request to all concerned to pls look into the matter and provide me the courier immediately. as the courier is having NOC of my loan.
