I PURCHASED ONE HEALTH POLICY FROM ICICI LOMBARD SINCE JUNE THIS YEAR. THEY ISSUED 2 POLICIES INSTEAD OF ONE. ONE IS CORRECT.ANOTHER BY WRONG NAME. THEY CHARGED 4 TIMES FROM MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD. [protected].AND WHEN I REQUESTED FOR REFUND OF 3 MORE TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD.THEY TOLD ME POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.BUT NO REFUND HAS BEEN DEBITED IN MY CREDIT CARD A/C TILL TODAY. ICICI LOMBARD IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY AS I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY LIFE.INSPITE OF CONTACTING MANY TIMES TO LOMBARD.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR. These ICICI customer care people called me and saying we are issuing FPP health policy without my approve.
I don't want to to pay anything without of my intrest.
Please call me once or else I have two ICICI credit cards using.
Then I'll plan to cancel these two credit cards.
You may loose one customer like me, who can do good business with your company in coming future.
