[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — ICICI Credit Card Illegal (Unauthorized withdrawal )lien on my Savings bank Account | |
Dear Sir I have been having a salary account with the ICICI Bank since 2005. I also have a ICICI Bank Credit Card. My Credit card was lost and I did not knew about it, until I received an SMS on 18th Jan 2009, stating that a transaction have been from my credit card and purchase done I immediately called the Customer Care and blocked my card; also I came to know that many transactions have been made from my account. I have not made any single transaction from my card and I was told to file an FIR for the issue .I filed FIR and copy send to ICICI Bank. The bank has placed lien on my salary account because I have not made payment towards my credit card. I have in no way given any written or oral approval for this anytime. And they de The bank has not given prior intimation about this. Neither the ICICI Bank credit card department nor the ICICI Bank with whom I have a salary account have communicated to me in any way about the lien. Does the ICICI Credit Card Dept. have the right to put a lien on my Salary account? Does the bank which I have trusted for so many years right in not even notifying me before putting a lien? The complaint regarding "Unauthorized withdrawl from my account" is absolutely correct, since the same things have happended to my son-inlaw Vishal’s ICICI Crdt Crd. No cridcard no
No.[protected], after submiting this card to ICICI's one of the branch in PUNE somewhere in Sept.2006, but there is no proper response fromyour JB Nagar Branch. I don't know why.

As I R..Srinivas Rao regret to inform you that M/s.Dell India Pvt Ltd Bangalore has illegally withdraw Rs.19000/- on 18.11.09 and Rs.10000/- on 18.11.09 ( Totaly Rs.29000/-) from my Credit Card .
Being that I do not know who is this party, and, having no transactions with the above said firm I am surprised to understand by your monthly statement how the above said company has withdraw the amount ?
Therefore, it is hereby requested to see that the amount is Credited to my account and I cannot make any kind of payments in this regard.
Also please find the address and their details to take the necessary actions against their cheeting.

ICICI Credit Card — Unauthorized withdrawal from my account
I have an ICICI Bank credit card and i tried to settle my dues with the bank. Inspite of my regular calls to the bank for the final settlement amount, they kept on postponing saying that someone would get back to me. Frustrated i stopped making payments for my card. I also have an ICICI bank savings account. The bank without notifying me or without my consent on 2 occasions withdrew once 10, 000 plus and once 3, 000 from my account towards the credit card. This is a kind of malpractise and no one should be allowed to operate my account even the bank without my consent. Where do i report this
