ICICIcredit Card — Remove my Name Defaulter

My friend S.Thirumalaikumar residence of 198/977sant tukarm nagar pimpri pune Maharastra above address had taken CCard ICICI bank and his card no. is [protected]. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, he could not pay some monthly Payment on due dates. However, remaining amount has been repaid on settlement of loan a/c with ICICI bank and the bank has issued him No Dues Certificate on 22/062/011. But till date, his name is not removed from CIBIL defaulter list by which he faces a lot of problems in his banking works. So kindly remove his name from Cibil defaulter list.
