Complaint: Unwanted Value added Services activated without my knowledge and detected almost RS:170 + additional RS: 10 wasted on calling your useless customer care department. I want my money back.... 170 + 10 = RS:180. Else I may need to file a complaint in Consumer Court... Here is the exact thing that was happened on that day..... I have contacted IDEA Customer Care on 28.8.2011, regarding the Roaming services,.... Customer Care Employee 1: @ at 11:40 PM or so (28.8.2011) Who was unable to provide information, hence he was trying to transfer the call to his Supervisor...waited for almost 10 Min's...but call got disconnected...(I not sure.. its accidental got disconnected.. or its intensional...) Customer Care Employee 2: @ 12:10 AM (29.8.2011) So contacted back... and explained all the issue once again...now Employee 2 was not able to understand 'English'....simply says yes... to all my question...I felt very bad... since is not answering to the questions... simply says yes and not even responding properly... So I shouted at him to do is work properly...So he disconnected the call.... Exactly after 5 Min's or so... Customer Care Employee 2 activated unnecessary value added services...like Music Station Services Midnight Music Station Music Masti Services Music on Demand Women Services Kids Services Voice Chat Services BGM Services Yoga Alerts BGM Services Resubscribed repeatedly.....etc Customer Care Employee 3: @ 12:20 AM (29.8.2011) Again contacted and explained what was happened... simply they said that you might have activated by accidental...if that is the case... how can activate all the above value added services at same time.... Do we have any one touch button in mobile to activate the above services....? Again your customer care employee disconnected while transferring to Supervisor... Customer Care Employee 4: @ 12:30 AM (29.8.2011) Again I have tried and got connected to the same employee 3... who got connected last time... but reacting like hearing the issue for the first time...and asking the same question....and replaying the same highly irresponsible answer and disconnected again.... Almost I have tried 20 times till 2 'O-clock'... or so.... result is the same... got frustrated and did not tried any more... Next day went to nearby IDEA show room (near Bommanahalli) and checked with Complaint Incharge - Mr.Bharath (mobile number- +91-[protected]), he promised that we will look in to this issue and amount will be detected back with in 48 hours...and also mentioned that you will receive complaint number via SMS.... till today I have not received one.... Almost everyday... from 31.8.2011 trying to contact Mr.Bharath (mobile number- +91-[protected])...but it was busy... and no answer... at last yesterday (5.9.2011) he picked up the call and said... you have not contacted Customer Care itself so they did not detected the amount...If that is the case...I want my entire call history between 28.8.2011 to 29.8.2011 and amount that was there before calling your customer care and after.. Note: All I need is responsible answer, explanation with promise that my money will be refunded... Idea mobile services — Activation of unwanted VAS
On my mobile No [protected] Dt[protected] no call come from mobile service providers and two VAS charges deducted & service activated. Plz DEACTIVATE & refund my amount. thanks generally all customer have same problem.
Idea Cellular — activating voice call service without my notice
I'm an idea user. Today i got the message that the voice call service is activated on my number and a sum of 18 rupees is debited from my account. How can a service provider can activate anything without my permission/notification. I want to sue this company for this illegal activity.please help me to get my money back. I hope you to take an immediate action against it.This is my mobile no [protected].

i have port request that i use to move frm ur network on 24 April 2013 due to copitative offer .. but frm idea i got a call that idea wil provide the offer I-I20ps/min & Others 30ps/min & daily 100L/N SMS free, 1st call wil be 2ps/sec validity for 60days.. & it got activated on may 3rd 2013.. but the SMS offer has cancel on may 24th 2013... but i have give the compliant more than 10 times stil my problem has not resolve..
so i am un satisfied with IDEA... i[censored] can u can give the offer with in 13th i wil be stay in IDEA r i am going move for RELIANCE...

My Name is Angaraju Surya Narayana RajuI am working in this company from 1995 and I came to know that after 10 years my PF will convert into Pension
I want to withdraw my PF please give me the details how much amount will go into PF and how much amt will go into pension.
If total amt will be converted to pension from the beginning or only some percentage will go to Pension
Please how it can be calculated and confirm can i withdraw all the PF amt at this time
