As I am an official and attending many business call my number is not working.given all documents also.
This is very pity condition that i changed my vodafone number to idea through porting.(VL237471)on 19thMarch2011.But you sent many messages regarding porting.On 23rd mid night you people cut my nuber and still it is not functioning.I visited your office at Calicut, Near to New bus stand, Mavoor road, but they told this and that. As per their demand i waited upto the evening. but no escape.I would like go to Cunsumer Protection to file a case against you. My no. [protected].

Am using Idea Kerala.. and frm Kasaragod.. Its d worst custmr service i evr seen! ppl do not know 2 speak in english and they giv irrelevent answers and misguide to som unwanted services! i activated GPRS @ ma cel.. bt, it ws not wrking..! i called custmr care so many times n hardly attended d cal! 4 times i spoke 2 custmr care executives.. n stil i am quiet unhapy abt service! pooor service.. plz focus on kerala's custmr care service centres or els idea wil b flunk..
am also, planing to meet advocate to file case against d poor custmer care @ idea Kerala...
