[Resolved] Idea Cellular — customer complaint | |||
Sir/ mam, i missed my mobile with idea connection ([protected]) on last week. immediately i bought a duplicate SIM and submit my ID proof, in that showroom seller told that the no.active within 8hrs. But till now (6 days) my mobile didn't activate. in your customer care said that many more reasons. When i called to cus.care the call picked by new person and give the surety of 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 8 days, 2days, and three persons told to contact the idea seller. afterwards i called to cus.care with the seller mobile and they talk to each other then the seller told that with in monday it'll activate. but controversy of your cus.care executives, i suffered a lot.They told one by one reason at every time called by me. this no. is my business no. if this problem will not cleared by you. i surrender / change of service of my 3 more idea numbers. Am pon prakash From Karur TamilNadu, i have planned to Change my portability from Videocon to Idea and applied at karur IDEA prepaid dealer . On that day they told me it will activated with in 6 to 7 days i accepted and submitted all my proofs. they told me that it will also be activated while on roaming so i comes from tamilnadu to banglore. after 10 days gone my videocon no is deactivated and IDEA no didnt activated till now, due to this problem am suffered by missing my business customers and i faced lot of losses in my business. so sny one help to take action that dealer and tell whats the way. my Mail id [protected]@engineer.com +91 [protected]

From today (19/05/2012) onwards my sister mobile got so many missed call and so many SMS from Idea Mobile No.[protected]. I don't know who is this person too. Yesterday also she got same thing from other mobile but the person is same. Can you tell me this Customer Address please or what is formality to block this number???.
