Reliance Mobile — Extra Money and documents taken but not changed prepaid to postpaid yet

Hi,
This is Rajesh, i got call from reliance for converting my no from prepaid to postpaid. And charge was 700(500 deposit which will be adjusted in next bill). I said yes and One person came and taken 700 cash and documents.In documents for ID proof DL and for Address proof my other postpaid mobile bill on 13th Dec-08. And till today my number not converted into postpaid.
I already complaint in Reliance web world sec-15 on 16th and also in cust. care.They told me it wl be OK in 48 hrs. But it already past more then 60 hrs.

I also got information in reliance webworl that there are not any charges for prepaid to postpaid. Means i have been cheated. I will definetly go in Police now on Monday.

If possible then do some thing

I submitted application for prepaid to postpaid conversion with existing number(migration) on 06 MAY 2009.
Up to now (01 JUNE 2009) my prepaid account is continuing, but there is no progress in postpaid conversion.
Two times verification of living address has been finished, but i don't know why my postpaid conversion yet now not finished.

Idea Pre paid to Post Paid — Not yet convert from Prepaid to Postpaid

Hi, Currently I am Using IDEA Pre paid card, Before 2 months I recd call 4m idea call centr for pre to pos paid convert of billing. One person 4m Idea came to my home n collect required document for Pre to post paid conversion. He charge me 200 Rs n gave a sim card also. He said me that ur prepaid will be convert to post paid on the same mobile number([protected]) after 2 days. BUt after completion of 2 months still my cell is working on prepaid account. So please help me out. I spoke to so may times to call centre of Idea but no one help me out, I have 2 sim Card with me but the sim card which I have recd por Post paid conversion that still unactivated.

I have submitted my documents to Idea regarding prepaid to postpaid migration. The person(From Idea [protected]) enquired with worng name and it got failed... Again i submitted my documents on 20th August 09. This time another person(From Idea [protected]) came for Verification and done on 23rd, he took proofs from my home at that time Iam not at home. Still my prepaid has not migrated into postpaid.I am in confusion from last 2days wether i have to recharge for further calls or not?

Idea — Prepaid to postpaid plan

Hello Sir/Mam,

Please help me , Idea made me frustrated.

I have been proposed to change my Prepaid Plan to Post-Paid by Idea Customer Care.
But they took almost 30 days, till today keeping money with them and all the documents, and no follow up.

I have no idea if they used my documents and my identity for another connection or other illegal Customer.

I called many a times their Executive but there is no positive response from them either they do not pick up or just say we are looking into this.

Her is the brief what all happened,

22 December: Idea Executive (Shawana) called up ,proposed the plan ,I said Yes I want that.
23 Dec>>Executive name as Devendra came colleted my Document ,took the cash.

And till today there is no fooloup ,I have to call them and there is no investigation ,no process , no one picks up the phone.

Idea customer care ppl say its a Post paid team, problem, speak to them, I also tried that number but, i can only get Pre paid people.

After continus follow up , they sent me an email asking My Mangers working profile my comany Turnover and every damn thing they can ask.

Please help me to get my Money back/Documnets and and I want compensation or penalty to be charged for all inconviniet I have been casued .

Idea — Not convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid

With reference to above my subject that I want to convert my connecton
from to postpaid to prepaid. But Idea shop member tell me that my request has been send to their officer but not respond. Idea member not give specify details and not convert my connection into prepaid. what should I do?

How many charges to pay for prepaid to postpaid.

I submitted application for prepaid to postpaid conversion with existing number on 15 January 2011.
Up to now (01 February 2011) my prepaid account is continuing, but there is no progress in postpaid conversion.
so, I intend to continue my prepaid card as it is and pls cancel my application of conversion and refund my deposit amount of Rs.250/- as early on my address.

Same with me... I t took them 3. Week to disconnect prepaid sim and its been 15 hors since my prepaid is inactive and yet I am waiting for post paid to go active... bad service... screw them...and I was told it will take only 3 days while lying conversion money...money!!!i

same with me ... since more than 48 hours my contact with the others is lost ... there big loss for me by time, money. Big mental pressure.

Hell service... Prepaid de activated and Postpaid yet not started, no phone from 3 days, still no idea when its going to be resume.

shame on idea services. world is moving fast and forward and they are also going fast but in reverse direction ..

I have given application for converting my idea prepaid connection to postpaid 10 days back and since then I am waiting. Now my prepaid sim has been inactivated and I have been told that it wil take 8 hrs time now its almost 36 hrs gone and still it is not working. I have lost so many important calls.

AIRTEL- Converting sim from Corporate to Personal.
I have given application form alongwith required documents for converting corporate number to personal number (incl. Corporate "NOC" letter) to airtel, but these guys did not processed the documents correctly. For 1 month i waited, again in 2nd month i visited, they told to submit the application form. Again after submission there was no action carried by Airtel. Meantime 2 months passed, company decided to disconnect the number, which was done within 7 days. I am facing a hell lot of problem. Becos of neligence of airtel people why common man should suffer?

I HAVE SAME PROBLEM, MY PREPAID NO INACTIVATE FROM LAST 24 HR.
