hi myself nitin i m complaining about the online recharge of my idea number [protected].... i recharged my idea number from ideacellular.com n didn't got my mobile recharged. my info number for recharge r 13256202 n mspg[protected] n after i talked to customer care they just cut off the phone giving no response what so ever this is terrible gonna discontinue this number n never to use idea again after getting my this recharge... terrible

Idea — Didn't get the recharge Payment

This is in reference to the payment done for the prepaid mobile recharge for my no[protected] on Aug 2, 2009 of rs 222/ - but till date neither the recharge done no I received any message.

But when i checked again, the number was mistaken, i put[protected], the second digit went wrong, but this number actually does not exist, is there any way to get my money back to my account ?

I am a very busy person so I don't have time to recharge my cellphone balance in retail outlets. I normally do this online. However, I have always faced problems with the online recharge system of Idea Cellular. The recharge is not successful immediately. The message I always get is: "ideacellular.com has not received a confirmation on the payment made by you from the payment gateway. As soon as we get an intimation from the payment gateway, the amount would be credited to your Idea account. As soon as this amount is credited, an intimation would be sent to you on sms."

At the same time, I also get an sms in my phone saying "Thankyou for making a payment of Rs.xxx on the Idea Cellular website. It is being updated in your account." I checked if this was my bank's fault, so I tried recharge from another bank's website. However, the message I get is same. Sometimes my phone gets recharged only after a day or two. Sometimes, it doesnt. Every time I have to send an email to the customer care that I have recharged and you have to look into this matter. I think this online recharge facility of Idea sucks big time.

i didn't get balance till now i.e. dt 13/09/2010 time 5.00 pm.i called ur costemer care on 11/09/201 at 5.00 pm he replyed me that the transaction may take 24 to 48 hrs so I waited for it but untill now it not occered. today i called your costmer care at first they replied me that there is no such recharge when I forcfully told him to connect my call to his senior he done so, then senior started with my transaction timing. the Junieor said there is no tranction and the senior started with its timing what is exactly i don't understand.please reply me on [protected]@gmail.com

Idea — Recharge not reflected on balance

I am Trevor Rebelo Using Maharashtra Prepaid Card No.[protected]. I have done the Online Recharge Of Rs.100/- and this is deducted From My Saving A/c at ICICI Bank and have got a sms that the amount is reflected on balance. But its not reflecting on the available balance while calling.

I have called to Customercare, twice but they say that the system is down call after 4 hrs.

Same here, I have recharged my Idea prepaid ([protected]) with 100 Rs yesterday (9/13) thru online idea site but the amount has not reflected on my balance. The amount has been deducted from my ICICI account. On calling the customer care, they say the system is down call after 4 hrs. (over that the call to customer care is chargable without providing services)

I am user of Idea and using no [protected] in Bhopal(M.P.& C.G.).Today at noon i recharge my no online by www.ideacellular.com with 250Rs. with ICICI payment Gateway as provided on www.ideacellular.com ,But still not got the amount reflected in balance.On further enquiry coustomer care executives not giving proper responce(8 times).According to them idea not supported the payment through ICICI and not activated on idea site.

Kindly provide proper reason.Will i get my amount back as balance.

Idea Cellular — Payment made but not reflected in account

Sir/Madam,

I have an Idea cellular connection in my name for which I have duly made all the payments but still my phone has been disconnected due to the internal mismanagement of Idea.
Kindly advise as to the resolution of the problem as I have already contacted the Nodal Officer numerous times but this has not been resolved.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Idea postpaid user with the number[protected]. I had duly made the payment for my bill (due date 18.05.2011) for Rs. 463.36 vide cheque no. 508882 drawn on Bank of Baroda on 19.05.2011. This payment was debited from my Bank account on 24.05.2011.

I have received numerous calls daily from the Idea Collection Centre since 25.05.2011 regarding this payment with the caller being highly rude and ill mannered. She has also said things like calling me a liar and that I have not deposited any money.

I would also like to bring to your notice that I have not received any paper bill for the past 2 months. Upon enquiring from your customer care, I was told that I had requested for bills to be sent on my mail. But, I have not made any such request. Even then, I am not receiving any bills on my email.

I am severely disappointed with the unorganized manner in which the payments are processed with Idea. I am constantly being harassed for no fault of mine as I have not received any bills but still have made the payments. The outgoing facility on my number is blocked causing me lots of inconvenience, although I have communicated the details of the cheque to your customer care 2 days back.

I believe this is gross deficiency of service by Idea and you are requested to resolve the matter at the earliest."
