Dear Sir/Madam,
My self ayush Dwivedi working as Marine engineer in UK based company,i use to work for 5-6 month on ship then stay at home for 2-3 months.On 03rd of april-09.my wife Dr Tanushree Dwivedi purchase Idea net setter from Rashmi enterprises jinsi nala ,lashkar gwalior(m.p).Till the date she purchased this device we could not able to use it properly in the term of connectivity.I use to rechagre my data card with 503 INR for unlimited hrs.But idea services does not allowed me to use it unlimited may be its software to save there net hrs.Any way my problem persisting since last 1 n half month net connection not available suddenly ,then i have to call 4668 for complaint they asked me every time to reinstall and try again but nothing works,then they lodged my complaint to technical department.Even all the staff working with 4668 knew my name and i remember all the name working there .its quite embrassing to call them every day and filed yr complaint.On the next day net start connecting.and every time after connection we use to get call from idea technical department about connection confirmation.And the same problem occur after every next day.in this way i am not able to use my net service in proper way and not getting the benifit o[censored]nlimited hrs as after every next day same problem occur and whole day i need to wait for the connection.So truely speaking in 30 days o[censored]nlimited hrs i am getting benifit of hardly 10- 12 day so is it worth of taking unlimited hrs with such a slow speed and poor performance.I am just waiting for these month to get over then wish to switch over to some other net service like reliance or tata.As i explained previously i use to be in india for a short period in that also i have to struggle and wait for 24 to 48 hrs to get my net connnection and problem solved.And not only one time after every next day.So i,m really pissed off with the idea net services and never wish to recommand any body about the same.And looking for some other good service.

I have also purchased the data card of idea.Speed is very very slow.Now there is network problem also .They are not listen to us. I have taken 849 monthly rent plan.I have decided to switch to reliance, tata or airtel.Idea are not responsible.the money who is giving is know the value.

idea net service — bad service

i have purchased the idea netsetter usb for internet service but the speed which was they said at the time of installation i couldnt get yet idea cheat the customer.

I purchased an idea net setter on september 2010.from thday of installation the net setter is not
working.and two times flexed amount 300 and400.the balance is not showing.lost te balance.I purchased
from idia point kadampanad, pathanamthitta district, kerala.when we contacted with the idia point.they
given the srvice enginer's mobile no.we contacted many times. when we contacted him the answer is today tomarrow they will repair.but no use.very bad respose, irresponsible activity fom idia people's
side.
Iam requesting you to do a favorable action.
