[Resolved]  Idea Net Setter — very slow speed

dear sir,
i congratulate those customer who is gettine speed of 50+ kbps. my idea dealer is very good in service. initailly it was mostly zero speed . but with his follow up I am getting 10 to 15 kbps. Can idea make clear exactly what their customers sholud expect from them ?

I purchase idea netsetter ( [protected]) 3 months back according 2 them they promised me that i will get a speed around 230kps but i am getting only 5-7kps. so do the needful form your end

Idea Net Setter — very slow net speed

i have brought idea net setter before 10 days for use of a high speed internet connection it's printed speed is 236.8 kb/s but it is actuially giving a wrost downloading speed as 8 or 10 kb/s some times it is as low as 1 kb/s .the company is cheating it's costumers .please take any action or increase speed of my net connection.

I had taken 500 unlimited browsing ..i is tooooooooooooooooooooooooslo..it will not opendeven a web page...

I am using the using Idea Net Settet (Internet), which is very very slow, KIndly make it speed at the earliest, and My Idea No is [protected]

bought this Idea Net Setter seeing their hoarding which boasted of a great speed. But the reality was different. The speed is pathetic. It take lot of time to open a site even simple sites doesn't opens it takes hrs to send mails so it's better to use internet from outside.It's totally fraud they cheat us that they provide the speed of 236 kbps the speed is max to max 2-3 kbps

i bought an idea net setter before 2 week
they are saying that the deviceavails high speed internet

but in fact the condition is so pathetic that
even a gors connection less than 100 rs is gr8 comparing to this

this device's cost is rs 2495
and i rechrgd for 600 for a month

AND I AM LOOKIN TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN THE COURT

when i am using net my net spee working at 6 to 8 kbps, so its very slow.so please increase my net speed.

Idea / Netsetter — Very slow connection

I have purchased a USB data stick for wireless internet from Idea. The agents' contact numbers are: [protected] and [protected]. While selling the product, they have promised me that it will give a speed of 236 kbps but after installing the product, I am getting a maximum speed of 8 kbps which is drastically lower than their promised speed. After that, I have approached the so-called "Customer Care" 5 times, but they are just postponing it everyday. This is nothing but bluff. After receiving my complaint (the fifth time), they have registered it and have also provided me a complaint reference number which is of no use at all. They have promised that my problem will be solved by 6th of October, but till now they have done nothing. I have also subscribed for Rs. 500 prepaid plan for which I would get unlimited browsing facility for 30 days. Out of 30 days, 7 days have already gone in vain. Please help.
