[Resolved]  Idea Net Setter — very slow speed

Dear sir, Ive been using Idea Net setter and its working good but with very low speed with not more than 60kbps. and its very horrible to me on working on internet with this slow speed. my place of work had good signal but device had no appropriate speed so, i would be glad i[censored] solve my problem and help me in doing my work on internet.My idea net setter sim number is [protected]

I HAVE PURCHASED IDEA NET SETTER ON 07.01.2010. ITS SOEED IS 1KBPS.I HAVE COMPLINED MORE THAN THIRTY TIMES.I ALSO LOST MORE THAN RS.300 IN COMPLAIN BUT CUSTOMER CARE DID NOT SHORT OUT MY PROBLEM.I AM FEELING PHYSICALLY AND ECONOMICALY HARASH IF COMPANY DID NOT HELP ME THEN I GO FOR CASE AGAINST IDEA NET TO CUSOMER FORUM.I AM JUST FEDUP WITH IDEA NET SETTER.

maine idea ka net setter liya hai jiski download speed 1kbps hai iske liya maine kai bar complain kiya par customer care ne meri koi madad nahi ki.In hone mujhe paresan kar diya mai kya karoo maine kareeb 400 rupye comlain main barbad ki par koi fayda nahi hua.please help kare.

very slow speed.expensive. please advice me about 299 plan in details. how much amount will be creditted inrecharge of 299. whether the remaining balance will be added in next recharge balance or not within 30 days recharge.my balance was not added in new recharge of 299.please advise me accordingly.

Idea Net Setter — Speed is very slow

I have purchased Idea Data Card 5 days ago.My Data Card Number is [protected]. The company said that its speed was very fast but I found that it has very low speed.I have called Customer care 5 times but all times they said that your probleeum will be solved but the proleum is still there.So please resolve my probleum.

Idea — Net setter speed very slow

[protected].......Complaint no.16711172 ...this mailed IDEA customer care 3months back for getting speed only 30kbps & less.Mail also forwarded to their grievance email id but no one realyy needs to attend the issue.
Very very poor customer service.Also on toll free no.s there executives transferring call & call cuts.

very poor service...it seems no professional ethics to support client after sales.

I also bought Idea 3G Netsetter last month. At first it gives very low speed that even i could not open my google page. I complained so many times but response is null from Idea customer support and from my retailer representative and distributor also. they all failed to resolve the problem. i think that i wanted to return it back and go for airtel network after 2 days o[censored]sing. I hesitated to use Idea even though i used it for my need. The speed is increasing day by day. totally it takes 20 days to get speed up. but know it is okay for my use.
