Jun 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved First when I logged a complaint with Consumer Complaints website, I received a reply to the complaint from Idea Customer Care for details.
Then I shared details of the Pre-Paid number.
After 4-5 working days Idea Customer Care person called and said that your queries have been resolved and my number started working. | |

I’d purchased a new IDEA SIM My Mobile#[protected] the seller confirmed it will activate within 48hours . But still now its not get activated. Already I’d surrender all the necessary proof to them but he(My IDEA) cheated me. . Now i’m very much disappointment/ scaring with IDEA service.
